This villa is situated next to a quiet park, at walking distance (10 minutes) from the beach, next to the village of San Pedro del Pinatar and 10 minutes from Murcia airport or 50 minutes from Alicante . GPS coördinates: 37.8210624 - 0.7939252.

In this villa you have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a separate corner with sofabed, a complete installed kitchen, a modern living room with ceiling at 6m. The living room is surrounded by glass, giving you a lot of natural light and a nice view on the pool (56 sq meters) and terrace. There is airconditioning everywhere in the house.

There is a barbecue in the garden and a dining table on the terrace. Enjoy your evenings outside when all the lights are on in the garden, swimming pool and terrace.

There is satellite TV available and also Wifi.

At your arrival, our housekeeper will hand you over the keys and show you the villa.


The area of Mar Menor with his microclimate offers you warm sea water, a miles long beach, terraces, huge lanes by the beach full of palmtrees, ideal for walking and biking.
Flamingo’s are waiting for you at the salt lakes of San Pedro.
You can take a free mud bath in the Mar Menor and there are a lot of facilities for water sports and organised activities for a day (like kayaking with eating on a private beach, climbing and swimming in the cave of Neptuno - see yumping.com)
Also recommended is a kayak trip on the Rio Segura between the canyons nearby La Calasparra.
Not far from the villa, you can visit the fantastic historical cities of Murcia and Cartagena as La Zenia outside shopping mall, La Manga Club (best golf course of Europe), Cabo de Palos, natural reserves like the splendid beaches of Calblanque, local markets, etc…

Lovely Villa!

Had a lovely week staying in the Villa, it has lots of space and large pool. It is clean and the perfect place to relax. Raul was amazing, very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this Villa!

Luxury Villa as listed!

Villa is super clean and modern with aircon was brilliant for the hot weather! Pool is great size for a 6 person Villa. 10/15 minute walk from mini supermarkets and bars/restaurants. All of the guests couldn’t fault the Villa.

Lovely stay in a fantastic villa

We have just returned from a two week stay with adult children - the property is fantastic, modern, comfortable and very well equipt. It is very spacious and well laid out for indoor /outdoor living with 3 fantastic bathrooms - brilliant Aircon and 5G internet aso a plus! We loved the pool and had a very relaxing break - Raul is fab and everything ran very smoothly. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the mar menor and I would advise a car to make the most of exploring the local area.

We had a wonderful 3-week stay with our family of 5. This house had everything: large pool, space, kitchen with basic appliances/needs, washer and dryer on the main level, and comfortable seating and bedding throughout. Our family especially loved the outdoor space as it had plenty of room for the kids to run and play, as well as outdoor dining/seating.The property manager was very responsive, though we had no major issues. The pool was serviced twice a week which was great.The neighborhood is quiet, but best to bring all your belongings in at night or when you leave for the day.The walk to the city, markets, and beach were very easy (10min).

Lovely villa

Lovely villa, exactly as advertised, well appointed, great pool. Location is very residential but this was fine. Beach front is about 10-15 mins on foot and there were plenty of restaurant recommendations in the villa. Couple of observations, there was only one bath mat for 3 bathrooms, which isn’t ideal on tiled floors. Also the mattresses could do with updating, this wasn’t an issue but they weren’t up to the high standard in the rest of the villa. Otherwise, Raul was very helpful and available if needed and a great location for a family holiday!

Stayed in this property for two weeks & it’s a beautiful place. The owners were quick to respond to any question that we asked. Regarding the check in process cleanliness & upkeep of the pool it was by far the best I’ve had in any villa rental. Raul is fantastic! He gave up so much info on check in that he made our stay very easy to find restaurants & supermarkets. Excellent property excellent management

Fantastic Property

The property is fantastic with everything you need. The pool was checked a couple of times each week and Raul was only a text away if you needed anything. The only thing I would say, bearing in mind the cost of the property, is that they shouldn’t advertise it as ‘next to a park’. The swings are not there as have obviously been taken away due to vandalism. It is more like waste land where Spanish youths hang around drinking and playing music into the small hours. Dog walkers often go not picking up after their dogs. So the only thing that lets it down is the location.

Beautiful modern villa 12 minutes walk to the beach

The villa was very modern with everything you need for a comfortable stay, we loved the pool and the fact it was only a 12 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to a supermarket. Raul who met us to check in was extremely helpful and a lovely guy. We couldn’t fault the villa and would definitely stay here again.

We first met Raul the property manager when we turned up at the villa. He was welcoming and told us all we needed to know about the villa and surrounding area and was available for any questions by phone. The villa was lovely and what we expected. on the outskirts and fairly quiet. My only negative point was that on our second day we was disappointed to see that some builders had turned up to build a wall in the garden. The builders were polite but we had not been warned of them turning up but the builders showed me a text that they had communicated to the owners of our villa. This resulted in us not being able to use all the garden for 5 days out of 10. I think this situation took a little shine off what would have been a perfect holiday, if only it was communicated better or at least compensated for.

Simply stunning villa

We have just got home from an amazing stay at the villa . It exceeded what we thought it would be like. The outside garden area and pool are stunning . The property is so clean and close to lots of amenities. We have had the best holiday ever. Would highly recommend. Raul was fabulous when we arrived , extremely helpful and kind. Mala experiencia

Limpieza nula, pelos en la ducha, suelo sin barrer, exterior sin limpiar. Ningún equipo de limpieza había estado en esa casa en meses. No entendemos los comentarios positivos del mes de julio. Falta de mobiliario, 7 sillas cuando la casa es para 8, solo dos taburetes en la cocina, una sombrilla. Menaje insuficiente no habían vasos para 8. Las camas espantosas, de muelles y muy utilizadas. No se realizó lectura de los contadores ni se pidió depósito por la barbacoa. Koen no nos dio el soporte que otras opiniones indican, tuvieron que ser los propietarios que respondieron y comprendieron por fin la situación. Una experiencia desagradable que no se volverá a repetir. Una pena que una casa tan bonita esté mantenida/gestionada tan mal.

Fijne villa in een rustige omgeving! Verder perfecte villa die zeker voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Eigenlijk was het zelfs nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Winkels en strand allemaal op loopafstand wat erg fijn was! Fijne communicatie gehad met Koen die altijd erg snel reageerde op vragen! Al met al top vakantie en niks op aan te merken!

Chalet moderno ubicado en zona tranquila. Es incluso mejor que las fotos. La piscina es grande y la zona exterior es muy bonita y está muy bien distribuida. La barbacoa no estaba limpia pero Koen nos atendió muy bien y nos resolvió varias solicitudes que le hicimos.

Sehr schönes Haus, in einer guten Lage.

Würden das Haus wieder buchen. Sehr schöner großer Pool. Gut gelegen, sehr Strand nah. Das ein oder andere könnte mal wieder erneuert werden. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Gäste und dafür war das Haus schon fast zu groß.

Seen the photos of the villa online and when we arrived we were delighted, facilites were great very clean and tidy villa. First time we had stayed in a villa, me my partner and our three daughters 15, 12 and 10 who were also very impressed with the villa. It was handy having cleaning equipment, toilet rolls, bin bags etc. Was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the dos mares shopping mall was quite close. My daughters also enjoyed La Zenia shopping mall which is a short drive. We stayed for 10 days and there was plenty to do but would recommend a hire car for getting around. Although travelling in October most of the waterparks were closed. My only complaint about the villa was the pool was cold but ok when in.

Quiet, smart - everything you need to relax

What a great 2 weeks, the Villa is lovely - clean, 3 good size bedrooms (one double - 2 twins) and a really comfy sofa bed on the landing which the teenagers were fighting over. Perfect size pool for cooling off with a 1.2m shallow end (roughly) and 1.7m deeper end. All facilities in the villa you could ever need - There were 5 of us there for 2 weeks joined by 7 others for the 2nd week!! Enough space, and 3 good bathrooms - Would definitely recommend :-)

Having a bussy professional life,we like to relax now and then in the nice climat of the Mar Menor after only 2 hours flying.
We and our children enjoy our stay with our friends.

We also enjoy the barbecue at home or a good restaurant.
