Studio with bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchinette. There is a big terrace overlooking the lake and the garden. It's located in a quiet residential area, but all activities are nearby, there are a few minutes walk to the beach, swimming pool, boat dock, cable to Mottarone mountain and the lake promenade Is Within 200 mt. walk.
The car park is just by the gate of the chalets and it's always available

The property was gorgeous and very welcoming. Within walking distance, to many shops and bars and to promenade waterside.Very friendly an artistic vibe. Has everything you need to even call it a home for a while on a long holiday!

It was a pleasure!

Manuela was a great host, the place is wonderful and near the lake (less than 10 minutes walk). Everything was included is the kitchen (oil/salt etc.) which is really convinient. Manuela even welcomed us with fresh water bottles & everuthing for the breakfast. It was really a nice stay :)

Quaint Italian Stay

This property is like a duplex- split apart from the rest of a bigger single family home. It was cute and had a wonderful yard with a great view. We stayed in October and the weather was wonderful. It was easy to check in and communicate with the host. She lives in the other half of the house. Walls were a bit thin and we never found a trash can for our trash, but these were minor details. The bed was comfy, bathroom was big, and living room was big enough to sip our coffee and relax. The property has a gate entrance which made us feel secure at night.

Très belle location en face des îles borromées

Propriétaire très gentille et serviable, l'endroit est calme et la vue est très sympa. On peut facilement garer la voiture devant ce qui est un vrai plus et se déplacer à pied jusqu'à stresa par une balade très agréable. L'emplacement est donc parfait pour faire les îles borromées. L'appartement dispose du nécessaire
