The residence "La Terrazza" with private beach, which is popular with many of the regular tenants, is situated in the immediate vicinity of the renowned resorts of Cannobio and Cannero Riviera. It offers a total of six 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and a 2 bedroom cottage in the Ticino Rusticostil. Each accommodation unit is adequately furnished for the holiday rental and has, besides a free WLAN Internet access, a spacious outdoor area consisting of a balcony, terrace or garden from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the opposite shore. It is worth mentioning the lake view with the Liegewiese, which invites you to a refreshing bath in the lake or a relaxing beach day. For the boat owners under you is available on request a buoy in front of the residence. If you love the Italian lifestyle with cafes, bars, shops and restaurants, you can find it in the two charming places Cannobio and Cannero Rvieria, which are only about 5 minutes away. Each apartment has a car parking space. In the basement there is a washing machine for free communal use. Detached 2-room house No. 1 C with approx. 35 m² living space, up to 4 persons: 1. From the moment we arrived at this rental we were blown away by the location and the scenery from both the bedroom window and the downstairs leading out to the private beach area!We will be returning to your property yearly as we fell in love with the location and area and I would give this property a score of a thousand and would recommend it to others to enjoy however we may just keep it our secret

Beautiful house, beautiful landscape, noisy road

Wonderful stay. The beach is not really private, but only few people living in the object can use it. The street is noisy, especially in the morning. The kitchen is small, but fully equipped except an oven.

Lage des Hauses zum See super. Lage zur Straße sehr eng. Ab 4:00 Uhr erhöhter Straßenverkehr. Wenn der Straßenlärm keine Rolle spielt, kann man das Objekt nur empfehlen.

Gut : Garten, Privatstand, Parkplatz, stabiles wlan, MüllentsorgungWeniger gut : Ohne Auto geht nichts, "muffige Einrichtung", sehr wenig Stauraum, fehlende "Infomappe" (keinerlei Tipps und Infos zum Einkaufen, für Restaurants, Ärzte etc.), sehr wenig Steckdosen (auf jeden Fall Mehrfachsteckdose mitnehmen), sehr wenig Ablademöglichkeiten im BadezimmerAber trotzdem eine super Woche bei bestem Wetter verbracht

Der Aufenthalt war bis auf das durchwachsene Wetter sehr schön, die Unterkunft war okay, Aussicht und Flair perfekt, Lage für Fußgänger schwierig an der viel befahrenen Straße entlang, die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, einige Sachen sollten erneuert werden, man sollte unbedingt eigene Bettwäsche mitnehmen, da nur Decken und Laken zur Verfügung stehen, etwas ungemütlich, wenn man empfindlich ist, muss man über manches hinwegsehen, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter schwierig, man kommt nur mit Italienisch durch oder mit Englischkenntnissen

Wunderbare Lage

Wir haben jeden Tag genossen, das Häuschen ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet, es ist nicht luxuriös aber das haben wir auch nicht gesucht. Die Lage ist Fantastisch.

Wunderschöne Lage

Die Lage ist einfach wunderschön. Der direkte Zugang zum See ist toll. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Gebäude. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung absolut spartanisch. Wirklich nur das allernotwendigste vorhanden. Kein Toilettenpapier, keinerlei Putzmittel oder schwammtücher, kaum Steckdosen, kein Backofen . WLAN ständig ausgefallen.

Ein Traumhaftes Stück Erde direkt am See

Die Lage und die Aussicht machen die kleinen Probleme im Haus wieder wet. Leicht in die Jahre gekommen aber mit Charme. Vermieter vor Ort spricht nur Italienisch und etwas Englisch,. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Herrlicher Seeblick

Kleines aber feines Häuschen, behaglich eingerichtet, tolle Fensterfront auch im Schlafzimmer,mit wunderschönem Gärtchen/ Terasse, ein wirklich schöner Ort zum Erholen, Schwimmen, Sonnenbaden … Einziger Mangel: die Kaffeemaschine ist uralt, es gibt keinen Toaster oder Ofen und nur 1-2 Kochtöpfe, davon nur einer mit Deckel, also nur einfache Küche möglich
