Très bel appartement, bien équipé la piscine est un vrai plus la vue du balcon sur la mer est remarquable. L’emplacement est comme on l’espérait le seul point négatif était le bruit, les aboiement des chiens du voisinage qui nous réveillait à 5h du matin presque tous les jours. Merci pour votre accueil, monsieur était très sympathique.

L annonce ne précise pas que le parking est public dehors. Le ménage laisse à désirer. Literie très moyenne , matelas tres dur.En revanche très bon emplacement.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Cependant, je tiens à préciser que concernant le parking, il est clairement indiqué dans l'annonce qu'il s'agit d'un « parking public extérieur gratuit ». Concernant la propreté, le seul problème signalé est la présence d'un paquet de cigarettes sur le balcon, laissé par des clients précédents. Cela n'aurait pas dû se produire et nous le regrettons profondément. Je vous rappelle que l'accueil des clients se fait toujours en présence d'un représentant du propriétaire et qu'aucun problème de propreté n'a été signalé lors de cette visite.
