Located in the heart of Deauville, modern duplex of 1600 sq ft (150 m2), with a stunning balcony overlooking the sea. A comfortable place for your stay, 1 mn from the beach.

Renovated and fully equipped, it includes a spacious living room facing the sea, 2 bedrooms in the lower floor, one of them facing the sea, 1 bedroom in the upper floor, 2 bathrooms with toilets, 1 additional toilet, and a large and luminous kitchen dinner.

Linen and towels, dishes and kitchen utensils, are provided.

• My property
Duplex of 1600 sq. ft. (150 m2) renovated with a stunning terrace overlooking the sea, in the heart of Deauville, on the 2 upper floors of a luxury residence — with elevator.

1st level: Entrance. Beautiful living room with 2 magnificent armchairs, 6 chairs around a dining table. The living room opens to the large terrace equipped with solid wood table and chairs. Parental suite opening to the same terrace, with a large natural stone bathroom. Spacious shower area with 2 side showers and 1 shower overhead. A second bedroom with toilet. Large fully equipped kitchen-diner, generously provided with dishes, cutlery and utensils and the most frequently used products like coffee or olive oil.

2nd level: Small lounge. Independent, equipped kitchenette with microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge, sink. A beautiful bedroom. A bathroom with a toilet. A smaller extra bedroom with no other window than a remotely controlled roof window, includes a super Queen size bed, and can help sleep one extra Guest or a babysitter for example.

Guests are welcome using the entire two levels, except for one of the closets, where I store some personal stuff!

The apartment comes with one private parking space located in the condo's parking lot.

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR

C'est notre deuxième séjour et il a été à nouveau excellent. Cet appartement est superbe et il y a tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin. Avec entre autres une cuisine super équipée, une superbe chambre parentale avec balcon et vue sur la mer. Il y a également 3 autres chambres donc beaucoup d'espace et c'est un vrai plus.Très bonne communication avec Isabelle qui répond très rapidement aux questions, c'est un plaisir d'échanger avec elle.J'ai hâte d'un prochain séjour dans ce bel appartement.
