Very nice elegantly restored holiday home in the heart of the historic center, three minutes from the fabulous beaches of the Avola seafront. The property is located in an area well served 50 m from the bus stop and the train station. It consists of a living room entrance, an American kitchen, a bedroom. Through a spiral staircase leads to a wooden loft with a double sofa bed with an adjoining room with two single beds which leads to a lovely terrace ideal for romantic dinners. Only 8 km from known, Vendicari, Marzamemi and from the fantastic large caves. To view pictures of the facility contact privately.
