Great location for game day visit to Oxford, very affordable and hosts responded quickly.A few things to keep in mind: the property is above a coffee shop, and while convenient, you will hear everyone talking in the courtyard early in the morning. Also, the coffeehouse has live music on some weekends and it can be heard throughout the entire building, The building carries sound, so we heard our neighbors talking and a baby crying throughout the night.

A Quick Stay in the Perfect Place

The room was perfect! It has everything you need while being in the perfect spot in Water Valley. I loved the option of making coffee in the room or just going right downstairs to the cafe nearby. The Host was kind and always quick to respond. The check in/out process was easier than any other facility I've stayed at.

The only negative was there needs to be a hand rail at back door entrance (inside building ) because all the flooring is same color and it's hard to see steps especially at night.

Overall Nice

Overall the place is nice. It was nice to have a small kitchenette. The room is spacious and home-y. I would recommend that you only stay here with people you are close with. The bathroom in room does not have a roof, and can be heard in the main room.
