Vacation in France

This was our second time renting the house, and it was just as good as last year. The pool area is absolutely magical – very spacious and private. The newly renovated bathrooms were a big plus. It’s close to shops and about a 25-minute drive to St. Maxime, which has a lovely evening market and great restaurants.Our favorite excursion is the boat trip in the Gorges du Verdon, which we book every year – highly recommended.

Holiday Home near St. Maxime / Frejus

Excellent support and excellent home for holidays with a familiy: We were with children from 2 to 10 years old, there was enough space and opportunities to play. The house is very spacious and the providers have thought of everything. We had up to 38°, the house was always well air-conditioned (each room adjustable). Very clean, very pleasant. The distance to the beach didn't matter, as there was always the possibility of having several beaches to choose from. The largest water park in the region is within walking distance. Recommended.

Vacation in France

We spent a week on vacation in France and rented this house. The house was large and spacious, with AC in all the rooms. The pool and entire terrace were perfect, and our family of four absolutely loved it. You could grill using charcoal, and there was also a pizza oven for those who wanted to try it. As mentioned in previous reviews, the host lives below the house, but this was never bothersome. On the contrary, if we had any questions or if anything happened, it was reassuring to know they were there to assist. Nearby, there are three stores and bakery. 5 minutes away is a lake with all kinds of activities for children, and of course, the sea is just 20 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

Agréable semaine

Nous étions 2 couples avec chacun un enfant de 4 ans.La maison est idéal pour les familles.Les hôtes Didier et Fabienne ont été très accueillant et discret tout au long du séjour.Les extérieurs sont très agréable : piscine propre et sécurisée , plancha neuve, tables avec store…bref au top !Nous avons même eu le droit de goûter aux bonnes tomates et œuf frais du jardin !Merci aux hôtes pour leur hospitalité et les conseils pour visiter la région.

Traumhafte Ferienwoche

Der Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Haus von Fabienne und Didier hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist geräumig, hell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles, was man brauchen könnte ist in bester Qualität vorhanden. Der Pool ist atemberaubend und abends verschließbar, so dass die Wärme gespeichert wird. Das ausgesprochen nette Eigentümer-Ehepaar wohnt im Souterrain. Wir haben die zu kurze Zeit sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank an Fabienne und Didier!

Très beau séjour

La maison est très bien équipée et propre. La piscine est magnifique et l’environnement plutôt calme sans vis à vis. Les propriétaires, qui résident au sous sol de la maison, sont charmants, prévenants et très discrets.

Villa très spacieuse et décorée avec goût . Niveau équipement , rien ne manque ! 👍 La terrasse avec vue sur le rocher de Roquebrune ainsi que la superbe piscine donnent tout de suite le ton ! 😍 on sait d’emblée qu on va passer un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires Fabienne et Didier ont été d’une gentillesse et d’une réactivité exemplaire. Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement et ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous durant tout le séjour ! Fantastisch verblijf!

Wij hebben onlangs een verblijf gehad in deze woning en het was fantastisch! Het huis was perfect voor een vakantie met kinderen. Het zwembad was heerlijk en goed onderhouden, ideaal om in te ontspannen op warme dagen. De faciliteiten voor kinderen waren uitstekend, met veel speelgoed en activiteiten om ze bezig te houden. Het huis zelf was comfortabel en goed uitgerust, met alles wat we nodig hadden voor een ontspannen verblijf. De locatie was prachtig, omringd door mooie natuur en niet ver van lokale voorzieningen. Ik zou dit huis zeker aanbevelen aan families die op zoek zijn naar een zorgeloze en plezierige vakantie. Het contact met de verhuurders verliep vanaf moment 1 zonder problemen.

Geweldig verblijf!

Der Aufenthalt war total angenehm. Die Einweisung war unkompliziert und ging schnell. Die Vermieter selbst sind sehr zuvorkommend und bieten ein Haus in Top Zustand. Selten so ein sauberes Haus gemietet. Ansonsten hält das Haus alle versprechen und mehr. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann seinen Urlaub nach eigenem Bedarf genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Vermieter sind klasse, kümmern sich und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Als Familie läßt sich dort sehr gut entspannen. Vor allem am und im Pool, an dem wir viel Zeit verbracht haben. Außerdem eignet sich das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Ausflüge. Fazit: es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub - vielen DANK für die schöne Zeit

Merveilleux séjour dans une belle maison avec des hôtes formidables

Nous avons passé un très bon moment ! Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, chaleureux et toujours prêts à vous aider, mais laissez-vous tranquille. La piscine est spectaculaire et presque luxueuse. La maison est très belle ! La cuisine et les appareils électroménagers sont super et les climatiseurs (importants) sont à jour.L'emplacement est parfait pour explorer la Provence. Nous avions avec nous deux petits enfants qui ne savaient pas encore bien nager, mais tout est double et triple sécurisé. Les hôtes aiment beaucoup les enfants ! C'était un séjour merveilleux ! La maison est fortement recommandée

Ideal für eine Auszeit mit der Familie

Wir sind eine kleine Familie mit Baby, die ihren Aufenthalt im Haus der Familie Ascensio sehr genossen hat. Das Haus ist groß (insbesondere der Außenbereich), sehr gepflegt und sauber, weshalb wir auch die Endreinigungsgebühr von 100, - Euro als völlig angemessen empfunden haben. An Haushaltsgegenständen und Hausgeräten ist alles da, was man für einen längeren Urlaub benötigt und stets in top gepflegtem Zustand. Zudem war eine praktische Babyausstattung vorhanden. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Es steht eine private Boule-Bahn, Tischtennis und natürlich ein großer Pool zur Verfügung. Ein weiteres Highlight ist ein ins Mauerwerk gebauter Holzkohlegrill samt Kamin und Pizzaofen. Der Außenbereich ist insgesamt sehr liebevoll und hochwertig gestaltet und ausgerüstet. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer für Erwachsene und ein Kinderzimmer mit Schlafmöglichkeiten für ein Baby/Kleinkind und zwei größere Kinder. Die Schlafzimmer sind im Vergleich zum Rest des Hauses etwas klein, was uns als Kleinfamilie aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Beim Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien wäre zu bedenken, dass nur ein Schlafzimmer über eine Dusche verfügt, das andere grenzt an das große Bad mit Badewanne. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist sehr ansprechend, allerdings sind fußläufig keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants zu erreichen. 100% Weiterempfehlung! À bientôt à 2024 :-) Tipp: Keine Eier im Supermarkt kaufen! Es gibt welche von den eigenen Hühnern der Vermieter :-)

Vacances relaxantes

Une belle maison specieuse avec beaucoup d'espace à l'interieur et à l'extérieur. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin et nous recevions en plus chaque semaine quelques fruits et légumes et des oeufs de nos porpres poules. Il faut certes aller partout en voiture, mais tout est facilement accessible. Nous avons beaucoup aimé.

Un petit coin de paradis

Juste parfait ! Il ne manque rien. C'est mieux qu'à la maison. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et discrets. Il y a la clim dans chaque pièce ce qui est très agréable. La maison et les extérieurs sont très bien équipés et agencés. La maison est super pour les enfants. Il y a des barrières de sécurité pour les empêcher de descendre de l'escalier de la terrasse, une petite maisonnette de jardin, des boules de pétanques en plastique et une petite table rien que pour eux ! Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! Nous aurions bien prolongé.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus und das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Alles war perfekt: Super Ausstattung, sehr sauber, es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret. Wir wurden mit frischen Eiern und Gemüse aus dem Garten verwöhnt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Pleasent house near coast and country

Many thanks to the kind owners Didier and Fabienne who live in an annex under the main house. The house is located in a quiet suburb with shops, bakery, restaurants etc in close proximity. On the side of the house you have a great view of the Rocher de Roquebrune. The drive to Les Issambres / beaches is max 20 minutes without traffic. The popular countryside towns of the Provence are also in close proximity. Staying with four adults we do recommend to hang the shower in the bathtub a bit higher and hang a shower curtain in the second bathroom. The first bathroom is openplan in the master bedroom with a separate toilet. Although our French is limited we communicated perfectly with Didier and Fabienne. Didier also has a wonderful kitchen garden and chicken run on the property, surprising us with delicious home grown tomato’s. We had a great stay. Many thanks again!

Très bon séjour à Roquebrunes

Nous avons passés une très belle semaine. Fabienne et Didier sont très accueils, disponibles et arrangeants. La maison est impeccable, très bien équipée et bien située avec une belle vue sur le rocher de Roquebrunes et un beau jardin. Nous avons passés une très belle une semaine, paisible et ressourçante. fantastisch !

Verblijf met familie ( grootouders, kinderen, kleinkinderen). Niets op aan te merken. Prachtig huis, proper, alles aanwezig, mooi ingericht, geen vis a vis. Zefs nog mooier dan op de foto's. Super vacances !

Séjour et propriété très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée, propre et les environs calmes avec une jolie vue. La piscine et la proximité d'un lac proposant de nombreuses activités sont vraiment un plus. On s’y sent chez comme chez nous. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et a l’écoute.

Simplement PARFAIT

Propriété très propre, bien équipé. L'annonce est conforme en tout point à la réalité. Très bien situé, très calme, idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances en Provence, en famille ou entre amis. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et super sympathiques, leurs conseils sur la région, nous ont fait gagner beaucoup de temps. Séjour a refaire le plus rapidement possible.
