It's centrally located between central Brighton & Hove and the seafront, 100 metres from the beach and the famous beach huts and the lovely lawns and less then a mile from the centre of Brighton, within 10 mins to the i360 and the many seafront attractions which is perfect for families.
Brighton city is just a 60 minute train ride from London and only 30 minutes train ride from Gatwick Airport. Brighton Station is right in the city centre so you will be able to see the sea when you arrive.
Brighton&Hove is a compact city and easy to explore on foot or public transport. There are many art and music festivals on throughout the year. Hove is famous for its colourful beach huts & Regency buildings.
