In a character house, stunning views, F 2 with 2 private terraces, swimming pool 12 long and 6 W (not private)
Access from the town center 3 km by paved road (about 2 km turns).

You enter directly into the living room located on the ground floor.

R CH: living room overlooking the terrace through a large bay window, kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer .. TV, hi-fi system, possibility to connect to website Internet. Independent hot water to the sink cumulus.

Floor: Character bedroom, 16 m2 ceiling beams, twin beds pushed together (0.90 x 2 m),
 Dressing: Fully equipped bathroom with a shower, washing machine. W. C are in the bathroom. Access
  on the outside of a small private terrace with clothesline.


Let me point out that the environment is mountainous and wooded oaks and arbutus, hiking opportunities and autumn mushroom pickings.
Although the car is necessary as the city is a very warm prefecture offering many summer activities, visits to museums. Every Saturday morning a friendly market. The sea located 35 minutes from home.
I accept animals with me meme 3 cats.
No smoking in the house.

Schreckliche Unterkunft

Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht abgereist. Die Unterkunft war in einem grauenvollen Zustand: - es war schmutzig, muffig und abgenutzt - Wir konnten uns nichts zu essen machen. Der Herd (zwei Kochplatten und kleiner Backofen) war kaputt - Die Sonne stand den Tag auf der Terrasse und dem Fenster, es gab keine Möglichkeit der Beschattung. Wenn man die Jalousie herunter ließ, saß man im Dunkeln, die Sonnensegel waren verschimmelt, eingerissen und konnten nicht befestigt werden. Der Sonnenschirm war kaputt und viel zu klein. - Im Schlafzimmer rieselte Schimmel von einer Wand, das Bett war zerschlissen und unter dem Bett lagen dicker Staub und Müll von Vormietern. - Das Poolgelände war ungepflegt, die Gartenmöbel verdreckt und teils kaputt. - Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Das alles ist sehr schade, da der Empfang der Gastgeberin sehr freundlich war und das Anwesen in früheren Zeiten sicherlich wunderschön war. Unter den vorgefundenen Umständen war ein entspannter Urlaub nicht möglich.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé 3 excellentes semaines dans cette location un peu à l'écart, et avons beaucoup apprécié le bel environnement au calme, la décoration intérieure qui compensait les petits défauts, la grande gentillesse de la propriétaire. Nous espérons revenir.

Wunderbar ruhig - ideal für Ausflüge

Super ruhig gelegen, gut unterhaltener Pool, nette Vermieterin. Schlafzimmer wird an heissen Tagen recht warm - Ventilator hilft. Wir waren anfangs September dort und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Ruhe in den Bergen, schöner Pool

Stilvoll ausgestattete kleine Ferienwohnung in einem typisch französischen Mas. Ideal für zwei Personen. Wir haben die Ruhe in den Hügeln über Céret sehr genossen, am großen Pool, den die sehr sympathische Hausbesitzerin mit nutzt, ließ es sich schön entspannen. Die Küchenausstattung ist leider ein wenig dürftig, auch die Kochgelegenheit mit zwei Platten ist eigentlich nur für zwei Personen ausreichend. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich, wir haben die Tage genossen.

Herrliches Grundstück in grandioser Lage mit stets gepflegtem Pool. Madame Pascot ist eine überaus freundliche, liebenswerte Dame. Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt und prima erholt :)

Trés agréable séjour sur les Hauts de Ceret .

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 2 semaines à Céret.. La maison est superbe et décorée avec goût . La propriété est calme et bien située , permettant de découvrir les richesses patrimoniales des Pyrénées Orientales.Le jardin et la terrasse avec vue sur le Canigou , la piscine sont très agréables . Madame Pascot est une hôtesse charmante et discrète, très attentive au bien être de ses locataires. Merci encore! Chantal et Patrice Coudevylle

Ruhe und Natur, tolle Aussichten und hoher Erholungswert

Leider diesmal nur vier Sterne, der Poolreiniger hatte leider vor unserer Ankunft den Pool "gelöchert", schwimmen war nicht möglich, sonst hätte es fünf Sterne gegeben. Die Vermieterin die selbst gerne schwimmt war sehr betroffen, hat uns aber einen akzeptablen Preisnachlass gewährt. Da das Wetter, wie überall in Südwest-Europa dieses Jahr im Mai/Juni eh nicht besonders war, wir in nur 15 Minuten Entfernung einen toll angelegten Badesee und in 30 Minuten Entfernung das Meer zur Verfügung hatten, haben wir die Zeit dennoch sehr genossen. Einen herzlichen Gruß an dieser Stelle an unsere nette Vermieterin in der Hoffnung, dass die Reparaturfirma nicht zu lange zur Neuauskleidung der Poolabdichtung benötigt und sie bald wieder kräftige Kreise ziehen kann.

Traumhaft erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten 2 unvergessliche schöne und erholsame Wochen bei Madame Pascot. Die traumhafte Alleinlage ca. 300 Meter über Cerec mit einem sensationellen Blick ins Tal und die Berge, auf dem riesigen Grundstück mit grossem Pool und der hübsch mit Antiquitäten eingrichteten Wohnung hat uns verzaubert. Wir kommen sicher wieder und grüßen und danken Zouzou nochmal auf diesem Weg.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin mit selbst gemachter Marmelade, Wein usw. Wir hatten viel Bewegungsfreiheit auf einem märchenhaften Grundstück. Selbstredend ist natürlich dessen Lage einerseits fast in den Bergen, andererseits die Nähe zum Meer, zu Spanien und den umliegenden Tälern und Städtchen. Selbst ein längerer Aufenthalt ist zu kurz um alle Attraktivitäten kennenzulernen. Eines der Highlights ist aber Ceret selbst, vor allem der samstags stattfindende Markt. Wir kennen dieses Städtchen nun schon seit vielen Jahren und es hat glücklicherweise immer noch denselben Charm. alles weshalb wir nun schon mehrfach hier unseren Urlaub verbrachten.
