Beautiful renovated condo in the courtyard right beside pool 1st floor

This is a beautiful condo, completely remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath. This is right beside the pool and you can sit out on the patio and listen to the great sounds of the water sprays in the pool. All new furniture in the entire condo. Master bedroom has a King bed and ahuge Master Bathroom with double sinks. Guest bedroom has queen bed and private bathroom. Living room has couch and loveseat and has flat screen tv and dvd player. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's also. We have brand new full size front load washer and dryer. The condo is ready for you now, could be a family vacation, or if you would like a romantic get-a-way.

Perfect location

The listing doesn’t do this property justice. It’s so clean and cute. The location was close & walking distance to Walmart, Publix, & several fast food places. Pool was right outside our back door. Will definitely go back & stay there!

Great place for Family Vacations

The condo is awesome, very clean and well equipped. Very close to the restaurants and the beach. I will be back next year. The pool is clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed stay here. Paul

In the middle

This condo is located right in the middle of Gulf Shores. Walking distance to Walmart, minutes from the fishing pier and all the popular restaurants. The condo is well furnished and cozy. The owner is easy to reach and very accommodating. I recommended this condo for your vacation in Gulf Shores. We will be staying here again ext summer... or maybe before .

Nice place to relax

Very comfortable place. It was clean and had the kitchen necessities. I did forget to bring beach towels but luckily Walmart is like 2 blocks away. The AC was super cold when we arrived but was much appreciated after a day in the sun. Gene was friendly and helpful, giving us tips on fishing spots and supplies, and seafood markets. Though cut short, we a had great stay and would definitely consider it for future trips to Gulf Shores.

Our Vacation was great! We enjoyed our first trip to Gulf shores. There’s so much to see and do. As for the condo, it was ok. I will say it is nicely furnished, the only disappointment there was that we figured the couch would be a pull out for the kids since the condo says it sleeps 6. So... almost all lamps were burnt out, there are not many towels to use, ran out of toilet paper, no trash bags are provided, the pan we wanted to use to make pancakes was gross and rusted, no laundry soap provided. There is an ice machine on the fridge but we did not know it did not work/ not hooked up until we had already been to the store, so we had to go back out to the gas station for a bag of ice. This isn’t a huge deal, but other beach destinations I have stayed at provided specific beach/pool towels, sand toys and chairs. The pool was VERY nice. We saw the complex manager every day, he was very friendly and always asking if we needed anything. Over all I would say this place is great for 1-3 day stay but we stayed 5 nights. And should have a max of 4 people bc there are only two beds, and no pull out.

Cozy condo

The condo was very cozy and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the double sinks in the master bathroom. We went for a baseball tournament so having a washing machine and dryer in the condo was a must and great amenity. Parking was always available close to the unit and liked that it was a small complex and quiet.

Gulf Shore Trip

The location was great. Close to lots of activities. The custom chairs on the patio were nice and comfortable. The pictures in the advertisement was of a different unit, not the one we stayed in.

Dolphin Villas stay

This condo was mostly clean. Furniture was nice. Great access to pool. Very close to Publix making it very convenient for groceries. Could have used another trash bag or two for kitchen. Owner was nice as well as manager.

Awesome Location!

We absolutely loved staying here. The pool was literally right outside the door! It was not in the hustle and bustle of gulf shores but in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from the beaches. The property was very clean and had ample space and parking. We would definitely recommend!

Good Location

This property was immaculately kept. The pool area was so very comfortable and inviting. The condo was very clean and plenty room for 4 adults. We were close to a shuttle to bring us to the Gulf coast shrimp Festival. Property had everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay.

End of summer

This property was better than the pictures! It was in a great location. It was nice to have the pool so close the the condo. My son swam. The only recommendation I would have is make sure to bring a can opener. Thanks for letting us stay in your home and enjoy the beach once more before school starts

Great place to stay!

This was a great place for our family of four to stay. Only 2 miles from the beach! Enjoyed the pool just outside of our condo. Cold AC and everything we needed. Appreciated the small touches like leaving a couple of pods for the washing machine and dishwasher. Smart TV so we could log in to Netflix and Hulu for some downtime. Nicely updated as well. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would come back to this place! Thank you!

Close to everything

We had a really nice time. The only complaint we had was the running of the kids staying up stairs. Pool was nice. Had everything we needed in the kitchen except a can opener. Overall great stay.

We really enjoyed Dolphin Villas!

We had a great time ! We were close to everything and all activities! The condo was beautiful! And we were down stairs right next to the pool that we used several times when we were winding down for the evening. IWe felt very safe in the area! It was nice and quiet and we went the back road to avoid traffic to Walmart and Tack Jacks and He Hideout was very close as well! The owners contacted us the morning of with the code and instructions if things to do before we left:) We would definitely recommend this condo!

Our condo is close to everything, very affordable, and we have about everything you need, This has been completely remodeled, we have brand new furniture in every room, flat screen TV's in living room, and both bedrooms. Brand new full size front load washer and dryer, all linens provided, pots, pans, dishes, etc, you can walk right out the sliding doors and the pool is right in front of you, this condo is in the courtyard on the ground floor,
