Holiday home apartment of 1700 completely renovated with vaulted ceilings and exposed Lecce stone. The apartment also has a historic fireplace. It is located in the heart of the historic center of Gallipoli and the Salento nightlife a few meters from the sea (sand and cliffs) restaurants, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacies, disco bars, discos, various shops and souvenirs all within a few washing machines.

6 days in Gallipoli

The studio apartment is in a good location in the old town. It has an awkward metal staircase to the mezzanine level which is too close to the curved ceiling/wall, so you bump into the wall as you go up or down. Limited hot water for showering - ie, not enough hot water for two consecutive showers in the morning. No kettle so we had to boil water in a small saucepan. Bedding and towels were poor quality. More pillows required as there was only 1 each.

Einfache ,authentische Unterkunft in der Altstadt mit Charme

Trotz einiger Hotels und B und Bs gibt es noch genügend einheimische Altstadtbewohner, sodass man sich hier als Tourist mitten im italienischen Bilderbuch-Alltag befindet: Wäsche in den Gassen, mobile Obst-und Gemüsehändler, kleine Läden und Werkstätten an jeder Ecke.Gallipolis Altstadt ist tatsächlich noch lebendig ! Die Unterkunft ist erstaunlich ruhig(im Oktober) und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Authentiek appartement, zeer gunstig gelegen in het historisch centrum van Gallipoli

Dit appartement ligt zeer gunstig in het historisch centrum van Gallipoli, op loopafstand van alle voorzieningen en dichtbij de boulevard. Het appartement is authentiek en dat is de charme maar meteen ook een minpuntje, want de inrichting is eveneens authentiek, dus eenvoudig. Hoewel alles aanwezig is en de badkamer recent vernieuwd werd, hadden we graag een comfortabeler zitplaats in de woonkamer gehad. Maar het is duidelijk dat de eigenaresse er alles aan doet om het appartement zo goed mogelijk te verzorgen. We hebben een fijne week gehad in Gallipoli. Gallipoli zelf is een mooi plaatsje, met leuke terrasjes aan het water of in het oude centrum, een mooi strand, mooie kerkjes en niet te vergeten de haventjes waar heerlijke vis te koop is. En voor wie van cultuur houd zijn er een aantal mooie stadjes in de directe omgeving van Gallipoli. Questo appartamento è situato nel centro storico di Gallipoli, a pochi passi da tutti i servizi e vicino al viale. L'appartamento è autentico e questo è il fascino ma anche un meno, perché anche l'interno è autentico, così semplice. Sebbene tutto sia presente e il bagno è stato rinnovato di recente, ci sarebbe piaciuto avere un posto più confortevole in salotto. Ma è chiaro che il proprietario fa tutto all'appartamento nel miglior modo possibile. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica a Gallipoli. Gallipoli stessa è un posto bellissimo, con belle terrazze sull'acqua o nel centro storico, una bellissima spiaggia, bellissime chiese, per non parlare dei porti dove si vendono deliziosi pesci. E per coloro che amano la cultura, ci sono un certo numero di bellissime città nelle immediate vicinanze di Gallipoli. This apartment is conveniently located in the historic center of Gallipoli, within walking distance of all amenities and close to the boulevard. The apartment is authentic and that is the charm but also a minus, because the interior is also authentic, so simple. Although everything is present and the bathroom was recently renewed, we would have liked a more comfortable seat in the living room. But it is clear that the owner does everything to the apartment as well as possible to take care of. We had a great week in Gallipoli. Gallipoli itself is a beautiful place, with nice terraces on the water or in the old center, a beautiful beach, beautiful churches, not to mention the harbors where delicious fish is for sale. And for those who love culture, there are a number of beautiful towns nearbye.
