THE LOCATION:
BEACH FRONT-OCEAN VIEWS! This property is located on The Strand, in front of a beautiful section of the beach that includes volleyball courts, great surfing, swimming and is lifeguard patrolled. A wonderful beach for families and surfers alike - it is exceptionally safe, clean and spacious and boasts the best surfing beach in the South Bay. Walk or bike to the MB or Hermosa Piers, shops and restaurants. The famous Fishbar restaurant is only 1 ½ block walk and downtown Manhattan Beach is a lovely 30 minute stroll down the Strand.(1.3 miles)
North Manhattan Beach is conveniently located to LAX (15 min.) or the 405 (7 min), Venice Beach & Marina Del Rey (15 min), the Getty Museum in (25 min) or Disneyland in (45 min). Once you are here however, there is really no need for a car - everything you need to enjoy your stay is a short walk away. Come enjoy the California beach life!

THE CONDO:
This top-level condo has a large living area and deck, offering incredible panoramic views from Malibu to Palos Verdes, the MB Pier and even Catalina Island. Watch the surfers in front while drinking your morning coffee and sip wine while enjoying amazing sunsets every night. Fall asleep listening to the surf.
This uniquely designed tri-level condo offers a spacious modern styled main living and dining area. High open-beam ceilings give a sense of openness, and the large windows let in abundant light to brighten the rooms. Hardwood floors and a modern floor-to-ceiling fireplace complete the space. The living area has a 50” flat-screen HDTV, space for relaxing and is furnished with art from a local artist.
A spiral staircase leads to a loft that overlooks the living area. The loft has a contemporary full sized bed and its own 2-piece powder room (sink, toilet), offering a comfortable third sleeping area.
The 2 bedrooms are located in the back part of the unit, on their own level, providing privacy and quiet from the main living area. The Master suite is incredibly large with an attached full bath featuring a large standing shower, soaker tub with overhead skylight, mirrored vanity with double sinks, toilet. The Master has a king bed, large closet and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and is next to the main bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). The bathrooms are stocked with towels, and linens are provided for sleeping. The condo has its own in unit laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing for your convenience.

The remodeled kitchen is equipped for cooking with a Thermadore gas cook-top, wall oven, microwave oven, and is fully stocked with cooking and bakeware - as well as utensils, allowing you to prepare meals as if you were in your own home. The dining room has an amazing ocean view with new furniture.

THE LOCALE:
Living at the beach means you spend your days swimming, learning to surf or stand-up paddle, boogie boarding or just watching from your deck. No driving or packing up the car required! Stairs to the beach and bike path are conveniently located directly in front of the property. The condo is located on the top level of a friendly 4 unit building, occupied by local residents. Our onsite manager will meet you upon arrival for check-in and can assist you with any special requests before you arrive. We offer personalized service and strive to make our guests as comfortable as we can during their stay. Please email us for additional information or requests.

Amazing Beach Front Destination

We traveled to Manhattan Beach for Spring Break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations suited us perfectly. The home was right on the beach, with amazing views. The space had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location provided easy access to shopping, restaurants and we even took a surfing lesson, which was awesome! We also visited Universal Studios and that was fantastic as well. We all had a great time and would stay at this location again in an instant. Really enjoyed ourselves!

Perfect weekend in this beautiful beach house!

Had an incredible time at this condo celebrating my mother's birthday with the family. Waking up to the sound of the ocean, being walking distance to some great bars and restaurants, and the view is just UNREAL. We didn't want to leave. Shannon and Sharon were wonderful hosts and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better weekend. Will be coming back very soon. Can't wait!!

Great find for our two night stay in lovely Manhattan Beach. Clean. Nicely laid out Stocked with a full kitchen and a few essentials (tea. Primary spices ). Nice balcony with four chairs for ocean viewing and people watching. We only needed two of the bedrooms ( the third is a loft above and open to the living room ) and found them very inviting and comfy. Manager Shannon was very responsive and helpful. Even agreed to a late checkout time (usually check in 4pm out by 10am) If you don’t mind chores on vacation ( you must strip your beds,take out your trash and recycling, wash And put away all your dishes ) this is an ideal place for a beach beach get away. We will definitely return !

This was a phenomenal property to stay at with great ocean and strand views. El Porto surfing is right next door so you really get to watch the waves and surfers battle it out. The apartment accommodations were exactly what we needed and as advertised. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental. We’ll be back!

Amazing Place on the Beach/Strand

We loved our stay at the Sackley's home. The view can't be beat of the beach and the ocean and loved hearing the waves at night while going to sleep. We also enjoyed walking on the Strand (pedestrian walking path that stretches from Venice Beach in the north to Palos Verdes in the south) every day where there are lots of restaurants, shopping, and terrific people watching along the way and relaxing on the balcony overlooking the Strand. The Sackley's home was super clean and comfortable and they are so thoughtful, kind, and helpful. My friends, Dad, and I were in town for the weekend for a friend's birthday party and all felt like we were on a vacation given the beach and vibe of the area. Highly recommend.

A view that's just unbeatable.

If you are looking for a perfect oceanfront view - this is it. The house was charming, clean, large and as advertised in every way. But the star is the ocean view. Shannon was friendly and accommodating with our needs. She informed us of a fireworks show so we wouldn't miss it from the balcony and made sure we had everything we needed while there. So glad we had a chance to stay and I am certain we will be back again. Stay here and enjoy it :)

I stayed here for a weekend with my family and had a great time. The house is clean and spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make a feast. We fell asleep every night listening to the soundtrack of the waves crashing on shore, just a few yards ahead... So relaxing! Spectacular Views in a Perfect Spot!

The home was absolutely lovely! We could not spend enough time on the balcony soaking up views of the crashing waves and the surfers. The rooms are very spacious and accommodating and the kitchen had everything you'd need. The host was wonderful and her Mom who greeted us was also very pleasant. We adore Manhattan Beach as it offers many great restaurants and bars, but allows you to avoid the mob scene in the more northern beaches of Venice and Santa Monica. We even did the entire 44 mile roundtrip bike ride along the Marvin Breude trail and if you get the chance to do so we HIGHLY recommend. Can't say enough about the place and truly hope to return sometime soon!

Our family of four and my in laws a total of six, fits perfectly in the condo. The views were Amazingly Beautiful! Very relaxing vacation. The neighbors on the first floor very nice and friendly. My only complaint is the neighbors in the second floor, complained to the owner that we were walking to much and they could here us. The rest of the trip we tipped toed every where we walked. We were very respectful and I think they just complained because they know it’s a VRBO condo.

We had such a great time in the Manhattan beach area and this rental was the perfect place to stay! We have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals across the United states and in Europe and you can always tell which ones are simply trying to "make a buck" and which ones truly care about providing you with accommodations to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! Shannon and her family really put thought into the little things such as throw blankets for cuddling in the cool ocean breeze that comes through when you have the sliders open (awesome), shower toiletries so that you have less to pack, some basic kitchen staples, plenty of toilet paper and garbage bags, beach towels, chairs, umbrella and so on... The rental was sparkling clean and best of all THE VIEW is just fantastic. We took a nice leisurely walk to the pier area where there is an abundance of restaurants and shops. LAX is only 10 minutes away. What more can I say except that this is now one of our favorite rentals and we will definitely be back!

Unobstructed ocean view. Sounds of surf to lull you into relaxing. Right on the Strand but above it so foot traffic muted. I was exhausted from international travel and just needed a place to recover with family. Spacious inside. I could sleep and the family could enjoy the beach life. Walked to great restaurants. Strong wifi that makes even teenagers happy. Full array of modern appliances. Clean. TVs everywhere. Little touches that make your stay so sweet like special soaps, thick white towels, soft linens. The owners obviously care about their place and about their guests. The owners are super attentive and generous. What more can you ask for? One more thing. Best master bedroom and bathroom of all the beach houses we've rented. We will rent again for sure. So happy we found this place.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property on Manhattan Beach. The owners were so sweet and accommodating. They really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The apartment itself was lovely. It had everything you could need for a beach vacation and the location can not be beat. The condo is right on the beach. You get to enjoy the stunning views from the condo and then are just steps to the beach where you can play some volleyball or sign up for surfing lessons. We would happily stay here again.
