The apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly built private house located above the ancient fishing village of Volosca, which is a fraction of Opatija, a tourist resort for 170 years already. It is located 300 meters from the sea, on an altitude of 65 meters. It has a large terrace with a beautiful sea view and parking in its own courtyard. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay such as: internet, satellite television, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in every room etc. Bed linen and towels are a mandatory part of the equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped. The price is unique and there are no other charges.
