The perfect family destination! Our newly remodeled condo has the best of both worlds - the beach and the lake. Located directly on beautiful Lake Powell and Philips Inlet, our condo provides instant access to the water from our onsite boat ramp. Enjoy fishing, boating, jet-skiing, paddle-boarding, tubing, kayaking, and swimming in the lake. Or grab your coolers and beach towels and head over to the clear emerald waters and sugar-white beaches of the gulf - only 5 minutes away. Of course with 2 onsite pools just steps from our door, you may prefer to simply relax and work on your tan here.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all sheets on beds, and leave used beds unmade so that the housekeeper knows which ones to change.
Be sure to leave all TVs on the original settings/connections as when you arrived. Sign out of your personal apps.
If you don't mind starting a load of towels in the washing machine, that would be extra helpful.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
*NO SINGLES UNDER THE AGE OF 25 *NO SMOKING
Within 48 hrs of booking property, rental contract must be completed, signed, and returned to rental manager.
*You MUST disclose if you plan to bring a service animal so that we can properly clean after your stay. $250 cleaning fee will be added to your bill.

Cara just loves renting this gorgeous lakefront condo to Panama City visitors and in the process, making new friends. She and her husband grew up in neighboring small Alabama towns, only 90 minutes from the beautiful Florida beaches. They've spent their whole lives enjoying all kinds of beach activities like swimming, snorkeling, fishing, canoeing, and boating. Panama City Beach was the natural choice when they wanted to purchase their own piece of paradise. As a true Southerner, Cara loves to share the famous 'southern hospitality' with her guests at her own property as well as the others she manages. She'd love to host you and your family. You're certain to fall in love with this beautiful condo - in fact, you probably won't want to leave!

Why they chose this property

The main reason the owners chose this property was because of the direct access to Lake Powell and the gulf beach thru Philips Inlet. At Pirate's Cove they like to fish, participate in a variety of water sports, have use of a private boat landing, and enjoy 2 swimming pools. Plus, it's all just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, the beach, and Pier Park.

What makes this property unique

The really unique feature of this property is its location - with Lake Powell being one of a few natural lakes in the world with a natural inlet that flows right into the gulf. You can use a boat or other watercraft to go to the beach from our own private boat landing. This Pirate's Cove condo has a great view of the lake, and it is very quiet and family-friendly.
