Pool what pool

The apartment was very nice and it was clean. However when we got there the pool and hot tub had been dug up. The pool and hot tub on pictures looked lovely but obviously not useable. We had come for a few days to chill by the pool! We discovered this on our second day (first day was getting bairings and shopping) so we immediately looked for other accommodation, we moved the following morning. I hope we will get some compensation as what we paid for we couldn’t use.

Well equipped apartment nicely presented

Private rural outlook enjoyable from the balcony. Not the right time of year to use the pool but it is sizeable and looks appealing. Local urbanisation good base for the area Las Chapas and easy access to the main road.

Bad host with mafia methods

Bad communication, on arrival the wireless router was broken, after notification to the landlord, the router was repaired, I had to pay the repair, it would have been broken, impossible landlord, apartment clean

I agree about the bad communication. I have tried to contact you many times during the day to understand what exactly has happened, with no success. I usually make a check on everything together with my cleaning lady and everything was ok before your entrance. So the lack of communication has done the rest. So try to understand, my prices are the best for the area and the tipe of apartment, at least I don't want to pay for what it has been broken. I am so sorry for that was the end of our experience. Apartment was perfect very piecefull with lovely wooden back drop with wild boar pigs roaming land well secure area perfect for kids would recommend car all be it still enjoyed holiday with out landlord was very nice to deal with also perfect for kids with 3 great pools for all ages would recommend visit

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung / Lovely apartment

Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Geschmack und Liebe renoviert und eingerichtet worden. Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die beiden Badezimmer sind ziemlich gross und jeweils mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist etwas klein und hat Abendsonne. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und verfügt über mehrere Pools. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. The apartment has been renovated and furnished with a lot of inspiration and love. In the kitchen you will find everything for your need during your stay. Both bathrooms are quite big and have bathtubs. The balcony has evening sun and could be a little bit bigger. The residence has several pools and is very well-groomed. We´ll be back!
