New stylish apartment with large terrace, beautiful view, WIFI included

The luxurious, modern and newly furnished apartment is located in the beautifully laid out complex "Santa Maria Village" in the hills of Elviria (Marbella). The air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with lounge and dining area. In the salon you will find a Smart TV / DVD BluRay player, stereo and free broadband WIFI. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all necessary amenities (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, microwave ...), a utility room / storage room with washing machine and dryer. The large terrace from which you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea has an electric sun tent, 2 sun loungers and a large dining table with 4 chairs. From the terrace you have a view of the swimming pool.
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a sea view, direct access to the terrace and a private bathroom with bath / shower and toilet. The second bedroom has two beds and the second bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The apartment has a lift that goes from the underground garage to the apartment so you do not have to do stairs.

The complex is built in Mediterranean style and has beautiful landscaped gardens with 8 communal swimming pools (including 4 children's pools). The complex is closed and guarded.

A car is necessary. Santa Maria Village is a 5-minute drive from the beach and the center of Elviria. Marbella is 15 minutes away and Malaga airport can be reached within 40 minutes.

In the vicinity you will find many relaxation options: Elviria (Aventura Amazonia / Boomtop & Zip Line Park); Marbella (Puerto Banus, the old quarter, Avenida del Mar); Mijas (white walled village, Plaza de Toros, Water Park); Fuengirola (Bioparc zoo, Aqua Arena - Water park with slides); Malaga (Museum of Glass and Crystal, Alcazaba, the cathedral, Botanic Gardens, Kelipe Centro with Arte Flamenco and the new Pablo Picasso museum). Gibraltar and Ronda are within driving distance, while Granada, Cordoba and Seville invite you for a day trip.

Elviria itself is hidden between Marbella and Fuengirola. There are trendy bars and restaurants, not to mention the famous Marbella Nikki Beach, located on the beach next to the 5-star Don Carlos Hotel.

Relaxation has also been thought of. Elvira extends both inland and on the beach with many different activities for the whole family. The hills invite you to go hiking, cycling or horseback riding, and the beaches offer tranquility and there are plenty of sun beds and beach restaurants to enjoy a Mediterranean meal.

For the sportive there are several golf courses in the immediate area including the 3x18 hole golf courses in La Cala golf. There is also the famous Hofsäss Tennis Academy in La Mairena. Both can be reached in less than 15 minutes. For water sports enthusiasts, all forms of water sports can be found on the beaches of the region.

Elviria has a commercial center with 2 supermarkets (long opening times), shops, restaurants and bars. For those who do not want to cook there are several good pick-up addresses (with delivery service).

Great vacation!

The appartement was exactly what we were expecting. The location is very nice, however a little hard to find in the first place(especially after a “red eyes “ 8 hours flight!). We recommend you take advantage of the local restaurants , better , closer and cheaper than the ones we did downtown Marbella. I would return anytime! Thanks Freddy and Carine, excellent hosts !!

This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in! Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you would need to enjoy the best from a home a away from home holiday. The view from the terrace is stunning, especially nice to enjoy with a glass of wine at sunset! Freddy and Carine are wonderful hosts, making us feel extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. A great deal of care and thought has gone into making this apartment so special and we really appreciate it. We look forwards to returning again soon!

Perfect relaxing holiday location

The apartment was exactly as described and made for a perfect relaxing holiday. The complex and location were lovely and the pool area was a fa ily favourite. We had the pool to ourselves the majority of the time in peak school holidays. The apartment itself was well equipped and you can tell the owners (Freddy and Carine) really look after their property. All contact with the owners was swift and very professional. We will definitely be looking to book the apartment again and can’t wait to return. Stunning views from a beautiful apartment

We were blown away by the quality and finish in the apartment. It is really stylish and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. The sun terrace has the most amazing views and we enjoyed many evenings watching the sunset over dinner or drinks. Our children loved it, particularly the pool. The owner was very helpful, friendly and responsive, and the property manager who looked after us was really great. It is a little pocket of tranquillity, however Marbella old town is only a short drive away for a lively evening of eating, drinking, tapas and shopping. We will visit again.

Geweldig appartement voor gezinnen

Super tijd gehad in een schoon en gezellig appartement dat zeer huiselijk is ingericht met veel zorg en liefde. Absolutely stunning apartment

Beautifully appointed apartment with everything you would want to enjoy a fabulous holiday. Decorated to a very high standard and very well looked after, this is easily the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The kitchen even has a juicer and a coffee machine and the living room has a high spec TV and sound system. Dinner on the terrace with ocean views at sunset was just wonderful. Lovely clean swimming pools, well kept gardens and just a 5 min drive down to Elvira Square where you will find good tapas. Freddy and Carine were the best hosts, responsive, caring and helpful. Couldn’t rate this place highly enough. Absolutely Brilliant!!

Ontzettend fijn appartement in een leuke omgeving met strand

Het appartement is mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ruime terras is erg fijn en heeft een schitterend uitzicht. De auto staat in een afgesloten garage, dus geen gezoek naar een parkeerplek. De auto is wel nodig, want lopen is bijna niet te doen. Winkels en een prettig strand op een paar minuten rijden.

Sehr, sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen verlebt. Dazu gehörte auch, dass die Wohnung einfach eine sehr angenehme, positive Atmosphäre hat. Die ganze Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll, und es wurde an alles gedacht. Besonders haben wir auch die große Terrasse genossen, von der man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer hatte und auch hinter dem nächsten Berg die Sonne untergehen sehen konnte. Sfeervol appartement dichtbij zee

Heerlijk en ontzettend sfeervol appartement in Elviria dichtbij alle leuke stranden en beachclubs. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en voelde echt als thuis. Zeer schoon en aan alle details is gedacht om er een heerlijke vakantie te hebben. Klein ritje en dan zit je al bij het kleine centrum van Elviria waar je boodschappen kunt doen en wat kunt eten/drinken.

Luxe, rust, schoon, mooi uitzicht, fijn zwembad

Een heerlijke week gehad in Elviria! Mooi appartement waar echt alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt. Zeer dicht mij Marbella, Mijas, Fuengirolla. Mooi gelegen in de bergen, auto is ons inziens een must, maar deze parkeer je dan ook heerlijk op een prive plaats in de garage onder het appartement! Heerlijk een koele auto instappen en super makkelijk met inladen op weg naar strand of uitladen van de boodschapjes! Echt een top plek!
