Casa San Bartolomeo is ideal for discovering Scicli with its wonderful baroque churches and palaces, and as a base for exploring the entire Val di Noto, with Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Noto; the house is located only 5 km from the splendid beaches of Ragusa, 40 km from Comiso airport or 150 km from Catania airport.

The house has three separate entrances: the first entrance is directly into the first bedroom with en suite bathroom located on the ground floor, from which an internal staircase leads to the main body with living room, kitchen and 2 other bedrooms with two bathrooms interior plus one service. The central body can be accessed directly through an independent door without having to pass through the room on the ground floor. Leaving the main building through a short path (max 20 meters) you enter the fourth bedroom with bathroom, with totally independent access, with its large terrace which is located above the central body. Next to the bedroom on the terrace there is also a closet with a small table, chairs and a refrigerator.

The San Bartolomeo district is in the historic center of Scicli close to the famous caves of Chiafura. It is located in the center of the town in the upper part above the splendid church of San Bartolomeo. The house is reached via a staircase and cannot be accessed directly by car due to the small size of the alleys; however in the via San Bartolomeo there is an easily accessible outdoor parking
