Very special family home in a private impasse in Paris' 7th arrondissement. Hidden away from the hubbub, the cobbled path is a cozy, quiet, comfortable and gorgeous home away from home. A rare and lovely haven after a day of adventuring out in Paris.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 200sqm, 3 floors. 3 toilets.

It is ideal for 1 or 2 families, or 3 couples' / friends holiday.
There are:
-2 large en-suite doubles (50sqm each)
-the kids' floor: 50sqm-2 bedrooms- 1 bathr-1toilet -can accomodate either 1 double + 3 twins, or 5 twins
- 2 studies can host extra matresses if necessary.

Baby equipment is available (high chair, cribs, bath, toys), but please note the stairs are not fenced.

2 parking spaces are available under the house.

Location is very central: 600m from Rodin Museum, Invalides, Bon Marché, and close to Saint Germain, Orsay Museum, Eiffel Tower.
