8th floor Tower III Edgewater Beach Resort, the only full service resort in P.C.

Choose this 3bd/3ba beachfront condo and you will have one of the nicest updated and cleanest on the beach! This spacious Gulf Front floor plan has been updated throughout. There are 2 MB with a King in each. One MB is beachfront with sliding door leading to the balcony. It also have a new tile walk in shower. New double sink separate vanity area. The other 2 bathrooms have new vanity/cabinets.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. The LR has a new Queen Sleeper Sofa & Love Seat. This condo sleeps 10 comfortably. All rooms has new Flat Screen Cable TV's. DVD Player in LR. We also provide our guest Free Wi-Fi The new modern kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals. New weathered wood look tile floors throughout mean no nasty carpet. This condo has unobstructed views of the emerald gulf waters and pristine white sandy beaches. All Bed Linens & Bath Towels, Kitchen towels are provided. Bring your own Beach Towels. There is a Washer/Dryer in the condo. If you are one of the lucky ones that can reserve this beautifully yet comfortably 3bd/3ba beachfront condo you won't be disappointed. Edgewater Beach condo

This condo was a great place for our family to stay for the week. It was very comfy and the property is so convenient to the beach and the various pools. There are kids movies at night by the big pool and karaoke too! The food from the Oceans Bar & Grill on site was great too!

The condo was very clean with nice decor and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. There were plenty of bath towels provided for each bathroom. Trina was an excellent host and communicated with us in a very timely manner leading up to our stay and through our entire trip. We would definitely stay here again!

SPRING BREAK 2024

We got in a day early to Panama and were able to check in. Which was very helpful for us instead of getting a hotel for the night. Trina was very helpful with everything and communication was spot on. We enjoyed our condo with family. A lot to do in area. The food at the resort restaurant was delicious, as well.

Great condo and amenities!

We had a great week in PCB for a dance competition! The condo worked great for two small families due to the two master bedrooms with private baths. The main pool was great for our young girls and all of their dance friends. The full-service restaurant had good food and a full menu of frozen drinks. Trina was very responsive and even facilitated an early check-in when we arrived ahead of schedule.

Panama City Beach Family Vacation

The condo was nicely decorated. We were short one wrist band for the pool and notified the manager as soon as we realized. Everything was as described. We had plenty of room. I would recommend renting this unit. The only issue that we had was a couple of the outlets did not seem to be working so we just switched to another one. We had a beautiful view of the pool and beach.

My siblings and our spouses traveled down to the area for our annual vacation. The unit was everything described and reflected from the pictures and more!!! Very clean and decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again if back in the area. We had absolutely NO issues smooth weekend!!! I would 100% recommend anyone to rent this unit you will not be disappointed.

Great stay at Edgewater

My family has been staying at Edgewater for 30 years. We love the amenities and location. Trina’s condo is nicely updated and was a perfect size for our group of 5 adults and one toddler. The keypad entry is really nice so you don’t have to keep up with a key. The only issue we had is we didn’t know the code to access the pool from the beach (this is new since our visit last year). Another guest told us how to get in. We will keep this info as a possible rental for next year’s trip.

Nice place but needs some deeper cleaning

Great location, great amenities, and nice place but needs some deeper cleaning. Had mold in one of the bathroom showers and the place was sandy when we arrived. A quick vacuum handled most of it. Fridge could use a good wiping down as well. Host responded quickly and assisted well. Overall we liked the room and resort, but just felt a little dirty in the room.

Great View

Condo was nice a few things needed fixed. I reached out to the owner and got a quick response. 2nd master bedroom still needs ceiling fixed and the shower is tiny. Paint is peeling in the 1st master bath too. Loved the tiled floors made easy to sweep quick. Elevators had issues a few times but seemed to get fixed quickly! View was amazing! We could see down to the pool under us which was great to check in on our older teens. We would stay here again!
