I am from Phillipsburg, NJ but I met my wife, a Florida girl, while residing down there. A business opportunity brought us back to my hometown. I knew my wife missed the sunshine and sea air so I took her on an anniversary trip to Cape May in the middle of May many years ago. She fell in love with the area and we have faithfully returned ever since. About five years ago we decided to take our Frenchie with us on our vacations and I found the Captain's Sea Cabin online. When we arrived at the property my wife fell in love with it. She patiently pursued Capt. Frank and Betty with the possibility of owning it and now it is hers'. She is very excited to be the Florida girl who would rather live in Cape May, NJ. The legacy, of Capt. Frank and Betty, one of graciousness and hospitality is what we hope to be able to live up to. I am the president of Ferguson Containers in Phillipsburg, NJ and Kelley is on the staff at Phillipsburg Christian Academy. Our daughter, Autumn with her Maltese, Itzy, is a part time resident at our Cape May home.
