Nice to hear that you enjoyed the studio! We take great pride in providing great customer service. As for the outside areas among many other condominium and business, sadly to say that the construction is due to the destruction that Hurricane Maria left behind. On a positive note we look forward to the continuation of the rebuilding of the island, its homes, businesses and the beauty of its natural habitats. We are very happy to see that despite the aftermath of Hurricane Maria many tourists have continued to support the island! Thank you for staying with us!

Good Evening, As always we welcome reviews from our guests. It is the best way to enhance our customer services to our guests! In response to your review I would like to share the following feedback. This is the first review that I write a response like this one based on the comments that you posted. We own two properties in the same building and the reviews that we have receive have also been very good. Yours is the first ones with the types of negative comments and rating. I will respond to each as you noted them. First let me begin that your stay at the studio was 8 nights. When you inquiry about the studio you stated the following: "We are looking to switch to your property from another one we had booked months ago. What is your best price for the 8 days? I was taken aback and hesitant when you stated that you were looking to switch from the another property that you had booked several months ago. But, I still went ahead and accepted your reservation request. Based on your comments I am not sure if you read the information regarding the studio on the platform. The platform has a good description of the studio and all of the reviews. Owner's response 1. You state that the condo is too far from the action. Not sure what you mean by the "ACTION" The building is located in the heart of Ashford Ave. where restaurants , pharmacies and hotel are located. It is actually a 3 to 4 minute walk from the building from where the restaurants begin. 2. There are two air conditioners in the studio not sure what you meant about not being able to regulate? Fairly new air conditioners, each has its own remote and are maintain on a regular basis. 3. You state that there is no balcony. The description on the platform does not mentioned that there is a balcony. 4. Guest comments: Bed was way too soft for us and I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch which wasn't great either. Ran out of toilet paper the last day. Owner's response: The first to hear that the bed is too soft. I guess everyone has their own preferences. As for the toilet paper we provided enough for someone who was staying 8 days. You also had the option to buy additional paper at small store located on the first floor of the building or at the pharmacies or supermarket that are walking distance. Yes, it is a building and it is not advertised as anything else. 5. Guest comment: You state there were no local channels. The description in the platform does state that there "ARE NO LOCAL CHANNELS" but a TV for those guests that would like to login into there own Netflix account. You failed to mentioned that I responded to your complaint quickly. I have copy of the email I sent to you. "Good Evening, I have read your email and I must say that I was more than accommodating to try to solve the issue that you described regarding the TV (as indicated we do not offer TV channels but a smart tv for guests if interested to login into their Netflix, or apps ). As mentioned to you in my text of December 26 I said to you that I would call the cable company to speak to someone, but that a person may need to be in the studio. You stated that you would be out and could the company remote in. I texted you again that afternoon at 1:58 pm here is a copy "Hello, I called the company and they explained that there could be many reasons for the buffering. Some can be the large amount number of people streaming throughout the building at one time. Interference could be happening due to that the building is cement, thick walls, modem speed among other factors. In addition, they are unable to remote in to check the speed since I am not in the apartment. Secondly, due to the holidays any appointments made this week for tech services mostly will not be available until next week. Thank you for bringing up the issue to our attention . This is the first time that the issue has arise. I just had a couple stay prior to your arrival and they did not mentioned it being a problem. Thank you kindly. Guest response: You state the following: Jan 5, 9:45 PM We did not want to wait around in the condo for a repairman to show up - which you never know what time that will be. In the past, owners have always had someone local to deal with these types of issues. Like I stated, it was a pretty big deal to us. We will accept the $100 refund. I am also aware that you contacted VRBO requesting a partial refund and VRBO directed you back to me. Upon receiving your email and before responding to you I contacting the platform regarding your request of a partial refund. I was informed that it was totally up to me if I wanted to refund you anything since there was nothing wrong with the property. Although, given the fact that I stride on good customer service I refunded you $100.00 for the inconvenience and you accepted. As for your comment regarding handyman please note that local handyman do not handle cable services. It is provided directly by the company. As for your statement of not returning your expectations and ours totally different. Thank you kindly.
