Large villa with panoramic views of the Gulf and the fortress of Lipari consists of large lounge, three bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, large terrace, garden, outdoor solar shower and parking. A few hundred meters from the town center of Lipari and the long Marina waterfront allows you to walk to all amenities (shops, supermarkets, car rentals and sea links). Furnished in elegant and functional style has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. All rooms are air conditioned and windows with screens. The terrace overlooks the garden and has a wide view of the harbor and rock the country.

Struttura pulita, vicino al paese 10min a piedi, molto ampia, con possibilits di parcheggio privato. Siamo stati benissimo, la proorietaria è stata disponibile fin da subito, precisa nel dare indicazioni per il nostro soggiorno; checkin ultra veloce, panorama su Lipari mozzafiato direttamente dal terrazzo! Lo consihliamo veramente a tutti. Grazie di tutto!

Schöne Aussicht

Sehr große Wohnung mit großem Balkon und toller Aussicht. Zu Fuß ca 15 min von Aliscafo-Anleger, das letzte Stück an stark befahrener Straße ohne Gehweg. Mit Kindern war das nicht so gut. Die Straße ist auch sehr laut schon früh morgens. Die Aussicht über Lipari-Stadt und alle Schiffe war das Beste. Leider keine Markise an Balkon daher im August nur abends nutzbar. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es gab viele Ameisen. Achtung es gibt zwar 2 Toiletten aber nur 1 Dusche, keine Badewanne. Dafür aber 3 Fernseher ;-) Toll war die Klimaanlage!

Cristina e i suoi ospiti sono stati ottimi ospiti, hanno tenuto la casa con cura. Hanno lamentato la presenza di formiche, inevitabile purtroppo se la casa non viene mantenuta pulita durante il soggiorno, per la presenza del giardino, Ho proposto pertanto il servizio extra di pulizia durante il soggiorno ma non è stato accettato.
