This privately owned 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the Fairways Club complex in Amarilla Golf just 10 minutes drive from Tenerife South Airport. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment has ground floor south facing private terrace overlooking the central pool area. Sleeps up to 6 people, in 3 bedrooms. Groundfloor access with no stairs! The lounge has 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and Panasonic music system. Air con, ceiling fan, leather sofa's, table and 6 dining chairs. The fully equipped kitchen with full oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and all suacepans and utensils. Washing machine. Dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. The large south facing private poolside terrace, with shady area, is equipped with 6 sun loungers, patio table and chairs, plastic garden chairs, sunbrellas and clothes airer. Ironing board and iron. The apartment has its own private safe. Cots and high chairs available on request at time of booking at no extra cost. WIFI: the complex provides a pay use for wifi (ask at reception). There is a FREE use wifi in the games area. There is also an internet room. Sun towels are available for rental, ask at Fairways Club reception. Mobility scooters are not permitted inside the apartments. Wheelchairs are permitted. Strictly NO SMOKING in the apartment. Pets are not permitted on the complex. There is a heated pool with lifeguard on duty during the daylight hours. There is a Clubhouse restaurant, a central pool bar, hairdresser and beauty salon. Mini market across the road.

Absolutely loved staying here! was equipped with everything we needed from kitchen equipment to beach towels. The rooms were spacious and had air con which was a life saver. Dirk was super welcoming and friendly soon arrival. We would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Perfect stay in Golf del Sur

As a family of four, we had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and perfectly located, near to the pool on the complex. Spacious, a lovely terrace to relax on, loads of room to get ready for day and evening. Would hundred percent recommend.

Fantastic apartment

Stayed for 10days Aug23 a family of 6. The apartment was fantastic, spotless, spacious and has everything we needed. Dirk is a fantastic host and left us thoughtful extras as we travelling with a baby. The fairways itself is great and friendly. We would love to stay again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience

Condo and location were excellent. We stayed six nights and used the time to recover from jet lag and ease in our stay on Tenerife. Dirk, our host, was excellent!! He met us for check in at 12:30 a.m. because of our flight delays. We couldn’t ask for more from a host, Condo was clean, well laid out and the patio was huge. Pool was easy to access and well maintained. I definitely recommend this place.

Great property in a great location

Just back from 4 days (which wasn't enough!) with 2 friends and our 3 disabled daughters. The apartment was perfect with everything you would ever need. The terrace is huge. Dirk was there to meet us on arrival and was really helpful. The staff on the complex were fab. Cocktails are excellent! Will def be back next year.

Lovely apartment poor organisation

We had a lovely stay in the apartment and it has lovely surroundings, but when we arrived the owner had booked us in on the wrong date so the apartment was not ready. This was very worrying at the time as we wasn't sure if we would have had somewhere to stay. Thankfully after a few phone calls and text messages everything was sorted out and we was allowed in the apartment. We also had a problem with one of the key cards to enter the complex, and at one point was locked out. As i was over to visit my sick dad this was all added stress on what me and my family was going through. My advice would be to double check with the owner that your booked in before you fly out!!!

After a disaster in our previous villa, with no help from VRBO. I contacted this host who pulled out all the stops to get the apt cleaned and ready for us to move that day. Apt is perfect. Single beds were quite squeaky and needed tightening but Im sure if I had contacted the host he would have sorted it. But I couldn't be bothered after our previous drama. Lots of beautiful birds nesting in the plants above us. Providing sing song all day. V busy on the weekend and the resort did seem to turn pool heat up on these days. It was a little cold on the other days but we were having a heatwave so I'd say speak to the management if it's too cold as it can be adjusted. The complex is a little out of the way but we had a car and was fine driving to other places for a bit more life. There are some nice places to eat locally but we didn't go there because of the chimea causing low visibility. I would deffo stay again.

Je commencerai par le seul petit point négatif, le parking est petit par contre il est possible de se garer en face sans aucun problème et à tout heure. La résidence est magnifique !! l’appartement très grand et fonctionnel. La terrasse est agréable, grande table et 6 transats le top. Le voisinage est respectueux, la piscine superbe et l’hôte d’une gentillesse incroyable. Merciiiii pour tout

Family Trip

We have been staying at this property for over 10 years, since our kids were small. It has a secure gated entrance with adult and kids pool, island bar restaurant, table tennis and play area. This apartment has a large terrace overlooking the pool. Near to a number of golf courses. 10 minutes drive from the airport. Near to El Medano and Los Abrigos for cafes and restaurants. And a short drive to Siam Park and Aqualand. A fab location for a great family holiday.

Superbe appartement avec grande terrasse, trois chambres dont deux avec salle de bain privative en plus de la salle de bain commune. Le seul point reste la proximité avec l aéroport, mais la propriété et tellement bien qu’on s’en est largement accoutumé!

Tolles Apartment im Fairway Club

Wir konnten eine tolle Zeit in einem Apartment im Fairway Club verleben. Dirk nahm uns in Empfang und machte uns mit der Einrichtung vertraut. Die Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern war perfekt für unsere Familie, und für ein Kinderbett hatte Dirk ebenfalls gesorgt. Die Lage des Apartments direkt am beheizten Pool und die Einrichtungen des gepflegten Fairway Clubs machten den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Wir kommen gern wieder zurück.

Best location on set!

Thank you, Dirk for letting us use this amazing apartement once again! You are so welcoming and easy to communicate with. Even though we had big problems with lost luggage and the reception could have done a better work noticing us when the bags had arrived we had a great autumnbreak thanks to Dirk and his nice place!

3 bedroom apartment

Lovely to be greeted by the owner. Very clean and tidy with great space especially outside. Totally fully equipped. Lovely complex with wonderful friendly staff. (The pool bar and restaurant are an amazing part of the complex) Only down side is because we went in March there is no shuttle bus service and too far to walk to the main bus stop for mobility needs. Apart from that we had a wonderful 2 weeks stay.

Fantastic break away.....

We were at the apartment for 5 weeks, we had a super time. The apartment fully lived up to the adverts and our expectations. Very spacious and well equipped, the patio is extremely large with plenty of seating and loungers to enjoy the all day sun. The complex too was good very clean and tidy with restaurant and pool bar. Dirk met us on arrival and fully explained the facilities and was extremely helpful in helping us when we needed to extend our visit due to travel issues. Thoroughly recommended and we hope to revisit next year for another winter break. Thanks Robin and Jan Loader and family..
