Beautiful apartment in the south of Tenerife, in Amarilla Golf, located in the residential Albatros is immersed in a tropical park with heated swimming pool.

The apartment has air conditioning and fast internet, alarm system, beautiful terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the fantastic climate of southern Tenerife and a living area.

It is composed of a very bright double bedroom, small dining room, a beautiful kitchenette equipped with everything you need, relaxation area with sofa bed, TV, air conditioning; bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The area has plenty of street parking, pubs and restaurants nearby and just a few meters walk from the Marina Golf Bay and the new beautiful pedestrian promenade

Close to the pebble beach Playa de la Arenita, with a beautiful sunset and view of La Gomera. 10 minutes by car from Los Cristianos y Playa de las Américas

We had a really good stay. Great communication throughout. The pool area is very good. The apartment is spacious. The balcony did not get sun apart from late afternoon in November. We are fairly fit and there are lots of steps. Recommended. A good value place to stay with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The apartment was very clean… some of the electrical sockets and light switches could do with attention also the size of the table on the balcony is way to big and because of this not easy to dry your washing …Good supermarkets nearby, the apartment is in a nice position if you have any walking difficulties there are lots of steps…Brilliant communicators will Antonio from Borzaholidays nothing was to much trouble for him he was always very helpful…..

Happy Holiday

Excellent property and had an excellent time. Loved the aspect especially at sunset. Complex is excellent only caveat is for those who have mobility difficulties as there are lots of staurs - can get roundvif smart as plenty of lifts. Overall a very happy holiday in a lovely property

2nd stay in this property - totally loved it as previous stay - easy to relax in well kept property - only 2 small issues is the TV which we couldnt get to work (no real biggie as we dont holiday for the tv) and last time the fobs did every gate etc this tine it opened some and not others. Moreva resort issue
