We are in the neighborhood of sand next to the Real Maestranza, the Triana district the Giralda etc. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio is ready to enjoy everything you need .This about two car parks, near public transports tram and metro .Cercana entertainment areas.

Great place in a great city

We were in Sevilla for 5 days. We found lots to do in addition to the visit to Real Alcazar. Real Alcazar is fabulous. Wandering the streets and visiting tapas bars. We visited all the recommended spots the Catherdale was beautiful. This is a lovely place to spent time. I recommend this house. We were very comfortable and the house was very well appointed with everything we needed. We had a small balcony over the lively street and could have spent several more days.

Moldy showers and slanted beds, but great location for the city sights

So we loved the location. Stay here for all the must-see attractions in town and proximity to the old city and great restaurants. However, it needs a thorough clean and updated beds. We found more than a little mold in both showers along with a strong smell in one of the bathrooms. Also, 2 of the 3 beds have a steep slant to the center. All in all an ok spot but in my view, it’s a 6 out of 10.

Trip was cancelled due to corona virus but Paloma was always very responsive and helpful- even with the cancellation. We plan to do our trip next Easter and will definitely book here. Thanks Paloma!

Nice appartment in perfect location

We stayed a long weekend in the Appartement. Even it is very close to the City Centre, it was surprisingly very quite. The Appartment is well equipped. Paloma was a great host. I would book it again, if we are in Seville. Muchas Gracias.

Great location and space

A perfect apartment for me and my 2 friends to share! It was spacious, had all the comforts of home, and was in an amazing, central location. Close to Triana bridge, and a short walk to Plaza Nuevo and Catedral. Great place to stay during Semana Santa. Paloma gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants as well...a great host! We hope we can return and visit again in the future! ¡Sevilla no me ha dejado!

The apartment was close to the sites. Parking was not available so we parked in a lot nearby. The flat needs updating but was very clean and ideal for a few days.
