Appartement propre et fonctionnel idéalement situé

Appartement bien situé à proximité du coeur de la ville, de la rue piétonne et du marché couvert, tout en étant protégé du bruit. Tout peux se faire à pied en laissant son véhicule garé dans la propriété sur la place réservée. Seul petit bémol, c'est la seconde chambre qui est très petite et comporte juste 2 petits hublots pour la lumière, et un lit superposé. Mais le reste est impeccable, grand balcon, grand séjour, bonne literie. Le cuisine est un poil vieillote mais rien de rédibitoire pour un séjour en vacances. L'accueil par André a été parfait, il nous a même aidé à décharger nos bagages. Après on n'a pas eu de chance sur la météo (avril 2022) avec 3 jours de pluie, mais bon ca on peut pas prévoir à l'avance. Nous reviendrons probablement dans quelques temps. Merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir prêté leur appartement.

Appartement très agréable et calme, idéalement situé pour aller à pieds au centre ville et à la plage. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants:l'appartement est très spacieux et bien équipé. La météo ne nous a malheureusement pas permis de profiter de la terrasse. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil d'André pour la remise des clés.

Il est normal que cet appartement de standing vous ait plu ; effectivement, la climatisation est tombée en panne, une neuve a été commandée en suivant.

Excellent séjour, appartement conforme aux photos et aux descriptions, calme , confortable ( literie et canapé) , lumineux ( grande et belle terrasse) et à deux du centre historique et de la grande plage. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

Está muy bien situado aunque para gente con movilidad reducida tiene una cuesta muy pronunciada la calle. En el centro al 15 minutos de la playa. Muy limpio y con todo el menaje que puedas necesitar. Estaría bien incluir wifi, en los tiempos actuales muy necesario, sobre todo viajando con niños. Buena calidad precio. Muy recomendable

Great apartment

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It is brilliantly located for exploring St Jean de Luz & surrounding area (with or without a car) and was very clean & quiet. It has a big balcony and the pool looks nice but we didn't use it as it wasn't the right time of year. It's not obvious from the description that the second bedroom has bunk beds and a pull-out bed so, although it's a squeeze, we managed to fit 3 young children in there. There's also a nice double room and a sofa bed. Sheets aren't provided, which we didn't notice until the last minute & didn't want to take with us as we were flying. Mme Lacoste helped us arrange to hire some for the week but it did add around 85 euros to the price (for 5 sets of sheets & towels). Would highly recommend St Jean de Luz for a holiday with a young family (great beaches, trips & lovely pedestrianised central area) and the apartment was perfect for our needs.

Les plus : localisation dans Saint Jean de Luz (tous commerces, centre ville ......), grand balcon, bonne literie (chambre et salon), bon niveau d'équipements ménagers y compris ustensiles, surface pièce de vie, parking privé Les moins : orientation nord / nord-ouest (mais qui, en saison estivale caniculaire, peut s'avérer être un plus face aux nuisances sonores de la piscine) Rapport qualité/prix hors saison en adéquation avec la période. Point à revoir : lunette wc, poubelle cuisine peu fonctionnelle, préciser dans annonce seconde chambre de type cabine

La résidence en coeur de ville est de standing. Les plus : parking privé et piscine au calme dans jardin exotique. L'orientation de l'appartement reçoit suffisamment de soleil pour que nous ayons installé un store banne sur la terrasse et la climatisation. La terrasse avec sa vue dégagée, sans vis à vis, permet de prendre les repas à l'extérieur. Idéal pour vacances réussies.

Nous avons passé un séjour paradisiaque dans ce superbe appartement que je vous recommande. En effet, nous avons l'habitude de louer des logements pour nos vacances et je me fais un plaisir de vous citer les points qui expliquent que nous avons déjà réservé à nouveau cet appartement pour l'an prochain: - résidence de standing avec piscine - emplacement idéal car au calme tout en étant à 2 pas du centre, du marché et de la plage - état de l'appartement irréprochable donnant sur grande terrasse avec vue dégagée sans vis à vis - parking privé sécurisé - tarif très correct en fonction de tous les points cités précédemment - cerise sur le gâteau ( déjà bien beau), les proprios sont très sympa et de bons conseils Le seul petit bémol réside dans le fait que notre séjour était beaucoup trop court ( 1 semaine) ce qui est trop juste pour découvrir ce petit coin de paradis...

Nous avons réservé du 3 au 10 octobre 2015 cet appartement de Saint Jean de Luz et nous n'avons pas été déçus par notre choix. Appartement situé dans un immeuble de standing, tout proche du centre ville mais en même temps très calme dans un beau quartier résidentiel. L'appartement par lui même est spacieux, décoré de bon goût, bien agencé et bien équipé. La réalité correspond bien au descriptif de l'annonce. Cuisine où rien ne manque. Chambre avec lit de 160 et très bonne literie. Un balcon spacieux pour prendre ses repas à l'extérieur. Malheureusement la piscine était un peu fraiche à cette période mais c'est un vrai plus au Centre Ville. Et ce qui est fort appréciable : parking lié à l'appartement dans la résidence quand on sait que pour se garer à St Jean c'est mission impossible. Une location que nous redemanderons très certainement car très bon rapport qualité prix.

l'avantage du coeur de ville sans les désagréments

La résidence est idéalement située en plein centre ville à moins de 5 minutes à pied du marché couvert. Elle est très calme et entièrement sécurisée. Nous avons apprécié le parking permettant de ne pas se soucier de la voiture. Il est rare également de voir une résidence de centre ville avec une piscine. L'appartement est spacieux et la terrasse tout particulièrement agréable avec une vue dégagée. Le mobilier est tout à fait correcte et la cuisine fonctionnelle. A noter une très bonne literie. L'ensemble est propre et bien tenu. Nous recommandons cette location.

Il est agréable de voir que des locataires sont objectifs et savent apprécier les prestations de l'appartement assez uniques au centre de Saint Jean de Luz.

Belle résidence mais appart pas conforme

Si la résidence est agréable et très bien située en plein centre ville permettant d'oublier la voiture. En revanche, l'appartement n'est pas à la hauteur. Nous n'avons pas la même acception du mot standing. Il n'y a pas deux chambres mais une seule et très petite. Celle annoncée comme la deuxième chambre n'est qu'un placard sans fenêtre de moins de 5 M2 avec deux minuscules hublots donnant sur la chambre principale. Le mobilier et l'électro ménager ne sont plus de première jeunesse (même les toiles cirées sont usées) : machine à laver le linge qu'il faut surveiller pour faire avancer manuellement le programme, fuite du réfrigérateur, grille pain qui fait tout disjoncter dès que l'on essaie de s'en servir, ... L'appartement n'est pas correctement entretenu. En pleine saison le prix demandé n'est donc pas justifié.

L' achat de cet appartement de standing (voir photos), a moins de 3 ans avec un mobilier neuf. Oui, il y a bien 2 chambres, l'une avec un grand lit 160x200 m + grand dressing, l'autre avec 2 lits superposés + placards. Le grille pain fonctionnait avant ce locataire et fonctionne après, la fuite du réfrigérateur est due à un écoulement à cause du dégivrage entre les 2 locations ; Ce vacancier ne connaissant pas le prix d'achat de l'appartement trés élevé dans cette résidence de standing, se focalise sur la toile cirée achetée au printemps 2015 !! Il aurait pu parler de la qualité des prestations (grande terrasse sans vis à vis, jardin exotique et grande piscine avec vue sur montagnes, solarium, ascenseur et parking privé). Excellent rapport qualité prix en cœur de ville de Saint Jean de Luz, au calme.
