Stone independent villa with private swimming-pool situated in quiet and panoramic location on the hills surrounding Cetona. This property is completely fenced and offers a nice and well-kept garden with extensive views over the surrounding landscape. The house provides large indoor and outdoor areas which allow its guests to spend a relaxing vacation in the heart of Tuscany country-side. The location is ideal to reach the most beautiful corners of central Italy.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Cetona with all kinds of shops 4 km away, Sarteano with spas 4 km, Chiusi (Etruscan Museum) with railway station and access to high-way 9 km away, Siena 90 km, the beautiful town of Orvieto 60 km, Montepulciano approx. 25 km, Florence (airport) 120 km, Rome (airport) 180 km.
At guests’ disposal: large and well-kept furnished garden, private swimming-pool (9 x 4,5 m – minimum depth 1,20 m; maximum depth 2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09). A vegetable garden is available for clients. Parking within the grounds. The villa is equipped with mosquito nets. The area surrounding the property offers the possibility of beautiful walks.

Ground floor: living-room (satellite TV) with fireplace and access to a bright covered veranda (approx. 30 square metres) giving on to the garden and provided with air conditioning, tables and sofas, dining area, kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwaves, barbecue), storeroom, toilet.
1st floor: large passage-way room, big three-bedded room (1 double and 1 single) with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, twin-bedded room with ensuite toilet provided with air-conditioning, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Electricity, Heating, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax, Wood.

The villa was charming and comfortable with a truly spectacular view of the countryside. The rooms were spacious and welcoming. The location was perfect, only 5 minutes from Cetona for an easy dinner out, and near to several towns in Tuscany that we wanted to explore.

Giulio was an amazing host! He was there to greet us and showed us all around the property and the home. He was so helpful and gave some awesome recommendations which we took him up on. The house was on a beautiful piece of land and was the perfect location for our stay.

House is in great location, very peaceful with lovely gardens. Good facilities in house, but as it is an old farmhouse, the kitchen could do with refurbishment to bring it up to modern standards. Pool was always kept very clear and clean. Local town, Cetano, has plenty to offer in the way of cafes and restaurants. Nearest big supermarket is 15 minutes away in Chiusi.

We had the most amazing holiday in this beautiful clean villa. We enjoyed spending time by the pool in the gardens amongst the pomegrate and olive trees. The location was super as only 5 minutes from a lovely town with supermarket and great restaurants and bars. We could also easily get the train to Rome and Florence and drive to other pretty towns. cudowne miejsce! dom wygodny, z przepiękną oszkloną werandą, z której można korzystać w czasie deszczu jak i słonecznych dni. wiele miejsc do relaksu. kominek w przytulnym living room i bardzo komfortowa kuchnia. przepiękny oliwkowy ogród otwarty na basen. widok na cztery strony świata i zapierająca dech w piersiach cyprysowa aleja. Gulio i Jego Matka bardzo przyjaźni i sympatyczni. w stałym kontakcie w razie potrzeby. najlepszy dom, w jakim do tej pory byliśmy. na pewno będziemy chcieli wrócić!

Already on arrival we felt very well . If you drive through a great cypress avenue on your holiday home you have to get in a good mood. Then you are greeted very nice and enter the wonderful bright living room, all in the most beautiful area: this is the perfect holiday! The only stupid thing was that we only booked 1 week ....

We had a fantastic stay at this property and I would really recommend it. The owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the views from the property were fantastic, and the villa itself was very charming, comfortable and great value for money. The villa is sbout 50 minutes drive from the gorgeous town of Orvieto and also very close to the dramatic scenery of Val d´Orcia. I would definitely stay here again.

This villa is beautiful! It sits up on a hill with gorgeous views. When you turn into the long driveway there is a long line of Cypress trees on both sides lining the drive. We mostly lived in the back room which has glass on 3 sides. The inside is very clean, lots of windows & has 3 bathrooms. It has a lot of personal items which make it a home, as opposed to the usual rental properties.It was love at first sight. When I was first looking I hestitated due to the lack of references & the open availability (meaning it wasn't a popular rental). But I found out when I arrived that it is a fairly new rental due to a death in the family.The owners & housekeeper were very nice & extremely helpful. Judy P, Boynton Beach, FL
