Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and three upstairs. Four bedrooms face the Caribbean and open to private terraces, while the fifth overlooks the garden and jungle.

Three bedrooms have private bathrooms. The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a bathroom, making that part of the upper floor particularly convenient for a family with children or teenagers.

Every bedroom has air conditioning and a Smart TV. The common living areas are not air conditioned.

Outside, the garden-side pool offers a private place to cool off, while the oceanfront terraces and rooftop give your group several different spaces to relax and enjoy the tropical surroundings.

The private swimming pool sits on the garden side of Casa Dos Palmas, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by tropical greenery.

On the ocean side, private bedroom terraces and outdoor areas take advantage of the Caribbean setting. The rooftop terrace provides another gathering space with elevated views.

A charcoal grill is available for casual meals at home.

LOCATION

Casa Dos Palmas is set directly along the Caribbean in Akumal, with beaches, restaurants, snorkeling, shops, and local activities nearby.

The shoreline immediately in front of the villa is rocky rather than a traditional sandy swimming beach. A sandy beach is approximately a five-minute walk away.

Akumal is also well positioned for day trips to Tulum, cenotes, eco-parks, Maya ruins, and other Riviera Maya attractions.
