This approx. 1200 sq. ft. condo features a Master suite with a king bed; Lock off studio suite includes a queen bed and pull out queen sleeper sofa; living room with a queen sleeper sofa; fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar; separate dining room table; gas fireplace; private balcony; two full baths including master bath with jetted tub and separate shower; multiple TVs/DVD, in unit washer/dryer and more. Rental will include 2 underground heated parking spaces.
