Modern style house surrounded by the green countryside of Alghero 5km from the city center.

Independent entrance, automatic gate, fence along the entire perimeter and every necessary comfort for your holidays in the splendid Riviera del Corallo.

The house has a wide variety of appliances (fridge, freezer, flat screen TV, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven, washing machine).

It has four beds (a double bed and a sofa bed), a bathroom with tub, large living room with kitchenette, two terraces (one open and one closed for a total of 55sqm), barbecue and 10m above ground pool x 5m with a depth of 1.20m for the exclusive use of guests.

It is possible to enjoy the relaxation areas (one located at the foot of the swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrella and one located on the terrace where a TV is available), take advantage of the barbecue, relax in the sun or stroll through nature.

The price includes electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi (30GB per stay), tourist tax and a change (independently) per week for towels and sheets.

It is possible to take advantage of extra paid services such as air conditioning, linen changes (independently) before 7 days, daily cleaning, grocery shopping.

Duration minimum stay 5 nights.

Final cleaning € 50 (Fifty) included in the estimate.
Each booking must be a minimum of 2 (TWO) people.

Brilliant holiday

From the moment we arrived to be greeted by our host they could not do enough for us. During the whole stay they were always there able to assist with any issues or concerns we may have had so so supportive. An arrival package of supplies from butter to milk to even wine awaited what a lovely touch. Perfect hosts in every way strongly recommend this property to future explorers with an excellent location the ideal package.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf!

Wat kan je nog meer verlangen van een vakantiewoning? Dit huis heeft alles: rustig gelegen maar binnen 15 minuten van sfeervol Alghero. Zeer goed geoutilleerd, er ontbreekt werkelijk niets. Goed bed, een flinke koelkast, een veranda voor en serre achter en natuurlijk een heerlijk groot zwembad. Alles om te relaxen is aanwezig en zoals al eerder opgemerkt: de foto’s doen te weinig recht aan dit huis. De kers op de taart zijn de verhuurders. Antonio en zijn dochter Elisa zijn super gastvrij, direct bereikbaar via WhatsApp en doen er alles aan om je verblijf zorgeloos te laten verlopen. Niets is een probleem, alles is mogelijk. Antonio en Elisa: nogmaals erg veel dank voor jullie goede zorgen. We komen zeker terug naar jullie en dit fantastisch mooie eiland.

Excellente location

Je n'ai qu'une chose à dire, ce fût un excellent séjour grâce à cette super location. Encore mieux que sur les photos. La maison est un havre de paix alors que nous sommes aux portes d'Alghero. Il y a tout le confort et même plus. La piscine est très grande. Les propriétaires sont adorables. De souvenir, notre meilleure location. Nous ne pouvons que la recommander !!

Lovely rural property close to nature

My wife and I stayed for 12 nights in July 2019, the property has everything you need and is as described. Antonio and Elisa were very helpful, but otherwise left you alone to enjoy your holiday, unlike some other properties we have rented. The location is ideal, out in the country but only a short distance to Alghero which has all amenities. The pool made the holiday for us, it is actually larger than we thought and we spent time in it every day. This is an ideal place for a couple to totally relax, but also ideally situated to get to main roads so you can see lots of places too, we recommend it.

Fabulous property in a beautiful area

The owners of this property were wonderful. We unexpectedly arrived after shops and restaurants had closed so they brought food to the house for us. The property is fabulous; lacks nothing and is so comfortable. We enjoyed using the barbecue for al fresco eating. Lovely area; Alghero is a great town and we found lots of places to visit. We most certainly want to return.

Lovely place for a great holiday!

Perfect place for my wife and I to spend 2 glorious weeks in Sardinia. The property has everything you need and is clean and well maintained. It is situated in a quiet road just outside the lovely city of Alghero. The owner is very welcoming, friendly, and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is comfortable.
