Superbe maison

Cette maison est belle et très pratique. Le jardin est superbe et nous avons déjeuné dans le jardin. Le métro est à deux minutes à pieds il se rend partout en quelques minutes. L'épicerie en haut de la côte après le stade. Le seule point négatif est l'autoroute qui passe à côté, mais vous mettez des bouchons pour dormir et c'est parfait. La situation est superbe les autoroutes pour arrivées et partir. Merci Sergio. Famille Desjardins

Maison magnifique et confortable mais très mal placée.

Maison très jolie et confortable dans un état impeccable. Entrée dans les lieux très facile. Par contre, c est extrêmement bruyant car le logement se trouve sous une bretelle d autoroute et le métro passe dessous la maison. C est vraiment dommage.

Maison de ville.

Propriétaire très sympathique qui répond rapidement et efficacement aux demandes de renseignements et assure un accueil chaleureux. La maison se situe dans un environnement très urbain, ce qui génère évidemment du bruit, surtout à l'étage, mais elle offre beaucoup de qualités: espace confortable, deux salles de douche, décoration soignée et élégante, équipement complet, jardin aménagé qui permet de profiter du soleil et de garer son véhicule en toute sécurité. La proximité du métro assure une arrivée rapide en centre ville, et un centre commercial à deux pas permet si besoin de faire des courses complètes. Merci à Sergio pour tout cela.
