It was really a quaint little unit. It was on the small size for a two week stay but would be fine for single travellers. The fridge was new and kept everything g nice and cold. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a good variety of dining options within ten minute walk and the Karukera. Cafe was a great spot for an evening drink. Live music on the weekends and friendly staff.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the size of the accommodation, it is 36 square meters and has all the amenities needed for a couple. In fact, most of our guests are couples, sometimes couples with a child, and we have never had any issues in this regard; quite the opposite, in fact, judging by the positive feedback. We were very happy to have you as our guests and to have been of service.

Enjoyed our stay and thinking of coming back

We had a great time. The location is perfect both being on the beach and being in Gossier with all the restaurants, grocery stores and near the highway. The price for the studio is also very reasonable. It was clean, had all the needed amenities, maybe a bit outdated. We do not speak French and were worried knowing that English is not spoken here. The owner arranged that we were met at the airport and brought to the apartment. It was really nice. We were given a quick tour of the apartment. Only when our guides left we realized there were many questions that we had and nobody to answer them. Nobody showed up during our entire stay. We tried to text in French and got no answers, emailed owner and did not get a satisfactory answer possibly due to the language barrier. It would be very helpful for non-French speaking guests to have written instructions in English on basic things like where to deposit garbage bags, that the password to Wi-Fi is in all capital letters, etc. Eventually we figured everything out but were a bit frustrated for the moment. Another inconvenience was that we only had one set of keys that limited our ability to be independent of each other. Also we only had one set of bathroom towels and even though there was a washing machine we did not know how to use it and were afraid that towels will take long time to dry and we will not have them when needed. The studio description on the site said that there are beach towels but we only found something that may serve as beach towel (a blanket from AirFrance). Having said all that, there were many pluses for this place though. Studio faces North so it was never hot due to sun, airconditioning worked great, Wi-Fi is great, value for your money, parking spot, proximity to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved Guadelope. Thank you.

Super sejour

Nous avons passé un super séjour, studio bien situé sur l’ile avec vue sur la mer et plage à 20m. La plage est idéale pour les enfants dans une anse avec peu de pente. On serait bien resté plus lomgtemp, on reviendra dans le coin c’est sur. Le studio est vraiment bien équipé avec même une machine à laver. Vraiment de superbe vacances.

good location in the hotel district area

Located in Yucca property which is next to Canella hotel. and facing ocean The apartment is located on the ground floor.Kitchen very functional . The location is excellent close to other beaches and restaurants. Used the beach at the Canella. If you rent a car parking is almost impossible. Great boutique called Fanou has excellent items which is located next to Hertz .and restaurants. It is walking distance to markets and stores. Friday night as of 1630 has a terrific market that sells all kinds of goods. Only problem with the island is that water gets cutoff every couple of days. However there are lots of extra water containers at the apartment to compensate when the water gets cutoff.

Rapport qualité prix décevant.

L'appartement est relativement propre et la communication avec le gérant est fluide et rapide. En revanche il possède deux appartements sur la résidence et les photos en ligne sont un mix des deux (vous vous attendez donc à un plein pied et vous vous retrouvez au deuxième étages). Bien évidement ce n'est pas préciser dans l'annonce. De plus (mais ce n'est pas inhérent au propriétaire), toutes les 72 heures, vous avez 24 heures de coupure d'eau sur le GOSIER, donc douche et vaisselle avec des bouteilles d'eau, c'est pas terrible. Préférez donc ST FRANCOIS, ST ROSE ou DESHAIES ou pour y avoir résidé celles-ci sont rares. Au regard de nos précédentes venues sur la GUADELOUPE cette location est d'un rapport qualité prix décevant

Vacances de rêve

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est très agréable. La vue sur la mer est magnifique avec les pélicans qui y plongent. Les petits oiseaux qui viennent dans la cuisine chercher quelques miettes. Si nous revenons en Guadeloupe, nous reviendrons très volontiers chez vous.

Appartement bien agencé, situé dans un complexe balnéaire.

Content de l’appartement mais pas précisé qu’il est au 2eme étage sans ascenseur. Parking public et non privatif donc risque de ne pas avoir de place en rentrant le soir. Dommage qu’on ne nous a pas informé à l’avance qu’il n’y a d’eau de 18-6h 2x/semaine (politique de la Guadeloupe depuis 1an).

Bonsoir et merci pour vos commentaires Nous avons bien un parking privé pour les deux appartements. En cas d'affluence il vous est toujours possible de vous garer le long de la route près des restaurants ou des hôtels. Le problème d'eau est général en Guadeloupe et temporaire car les canalisations sont en cours de réparations sur toute l'île. Un tour d'eau est organisé une fois par semaine sur certaines périodes et les clients en sont informés à l'avance par un planning qui vous est communiqué. Cette situation est indépendante de notre volonté mais nous prenons des dispositions pour y pallier en coordination avec votre concierge à votre disposition. Très cordialement

Accueil agréable de Carol. L'appartement est très agréable à vivre : déjeuner le matin, face à la mer en observant les pélicans plonger, c'est extraordinaire. Le quartier est agréable : restaurants et petite épicerie de dépannage.Le centre du Gosier est très proche.Il est très facile de partir faire de nombreuses visites dans toute l'île. Un seul petit détail : qu'il serait agréable d'avoir un petit aspirateur pour faciliter un nettoyage journalier ( sable) !

Plage agréable et pas trop bondée, bons restos aux alentours. La localisation nous permet de voyager aussi bien sur Grande Terre que Basse Terre et la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Les photos correspondent tout à fait. Amélioration pour le studio : prévoir une nouvelle barre de douche car le pommeau ne tient pas et un grill ou barbecue électrique sera le bienvenu . On reviendra.

C'était la deuxième fois que nous séjournions dans cet appartement, et une fois de plus tout etait parfait. Carole a été aux petits soins pour nous, jusqu'à nous changer les matelas pour nous assurer un meilleur confort. Bravo pour sa réactivité et sa bienveillance. Formidable endroit

Pour une cinquième année je suis venu 2 mois dans cet endroit formidable, près de la plage et de tous les services. Que ce soit avec Joubert ou Carole le service est toujours au rendez vous. Je reviens encore l'année prochaine. Reservez ici vous ne serez jamais décu.

Vacances Pointe de la Verdure

Excellent séjour dans l appartement de M. Bonfils. L appartement est bien situé, propre, bien équipé, vue imprenable sur la mer. Nous savons que des améliorations concernant l appartement vont être apportés pour le confort des voyageurs. La résidence est bien tenue, le ménage fait régulièrement, les jardins et les haies taillés régulièrement. Nous n avons pas eu de corbeille de bienvenue mais un cadeau à notre départ. Carol a été un amour pour nous lorsque nous avons eu besoin d elle, très soucieuse de notre santé. Un grand réconfort lorsque l on est loin de chez soi. Petite épicerie, pour dépanner, à côté, loueur de voiture, nous vous conseillons Ada, très bon rapport qualité prix et des personnes trèaccueillantes. Nous avons trouvé beaucoup de bienveillance dans le regard des Antillais, de courtoisie, de belles rencontres. Encore merci à M. Bonfils et gros bisous à Carol pour sa générosité de coeur.

Ma famille et moi même avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. Réveil avec l'odeur de sel marin, une résidence paisible et une multitude de petits commerces non loin de la résidence. Situé au bord de la plage, vous pouvez passer la journée au soleil et le soir aller manger ou boire un verre à la Marina du Gosier où se trouvent des restaurants très sympathiques. Entre visites et excursions, ce fut toujours un plaisir de retrouver ce petit foyer après une longue journée. Je ne regrette absolument rien de notre séjour, nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner!
