Ein großes Haus mt sehr persönlicher Note in einem riesigen tollen Garten. Ein öffentlicher Strand mit Dusche ist weniger als 1 km entfernt.

Una casa confortevole in mezzo al verde
Luigi è un host perfetto.
Ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. La casa è magnifica: spaziosa, con tanto verde e dal fascino “antico” ma funzionale.
Assolutamente da provare per una vacanza al’insegna del relax nella natura versiliese!

Die Kinder haben den großen Garten genossen, die Nähe zum Strand ebenfalls. Die Matratzen der Betten sollten dringend erneuert werden.

Vacanza tra amici in Versilia
La casa è in un'ottima posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, sono 6000 mq2 incluso giardino. Luigi si è rivelato un eccellente host che racconta la storia della proprietà con orgoglio, costruita dal padre nel 1962. L'abitazione è un po' vecchia ma non ci è mancato niente, il giardino è veramente immenso, c'è anche un camino dove è possibile fare delle grigliate.
