On the inside of the island, only 5 minutes away by car from Sencelles, quiet village, there's the villa of "Se Celles". Located in a isolated, rural and quiet area. You'll enjoy a wide garden zone with pool and a private guest's house. Ideal to travel with kids.
To access you can do it from Costitx (where the astronomic observatory of Mallorca is located) or Sineu (with one of the best natural markets). The metropolis Palma or Inca, like the sea, are 30km away.
Characteristics: Plot: 35.000m², habitable surface: 270m²,
Main house: 220m² distributed in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor (1 in suite) and 1 bedroom on the first floor. The dinning room with black couchs and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guest house: 50m² distributed in a loft with 2 double beds, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
* For an occupancy of "up to 8 people" 2 bedrooms will be kept locked. The full use of the finca is only possible at the prices of the full occupancy.
Equipment: deutsch satellite TV, WLAN, DVD / CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, fireplace, central heating, air conditioning, fixed BBQ, covered terrase. Pool 8x4m, salty water pool.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  
€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes water costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  
Electricity costs: 20 kWh / day are included. Each additional kWh will be charged, being 0,30€ kWh and has to be paid in cash
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 25€ /night.

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
