A deluxe 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms on a quiet resort.
Winter rental is 550 euro a month without utilities. Contact me for the prices.

This apartment is located on the outskirts of Portimao. A 5-10 minute drive away of several beaches such Torralta, Praia do Vau, Praia da Rocha and Praia dos Tres Irmaos.

The resort has three swimming pools, an outdoor swimming pool, children's pool and an indoor pool. Tennis courts, playground and cafe / restaurant is also on the resort.

The apartment itself is equipped with WIFI, Cable TV, Air-Conditioning
There is a fully equipped kitchen with every conceivable household appliances present.

There are two bathrooms one of the bathrooms is ensuite. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Ideal for a family or two couples.

In the proximity of the resort there are two large supermarkets Intermarche and Continente these are during the whole not crowded in comparison to the supermarkets closer to the beach.

The property was very nice, everything that we needed was there but not enough bedding, only one duvet for 2 single beds and only three pillow cases for 4 pillows.

Algarve getaway

A spacious, nice suite that perfectly accomodated my husband and I, as well as my mom. We rented a car for the week and the villa cane with a parking space which was appreciated. There was ample toilet paper, dishsoap, handsoap, etc provided - which is not always the case with VRBOs. Helpful property manager.

Lovely apartment but could be cleaner

The apartment itself is very nice and in a good location. Disappointed that one of the showers was out of commission which proved irritating with four adults. Generally the property was quite clean but certain areas could do with a little extra attention

Notre séjour

L’appartement disposait de presque tous les équipements du descriptif sauf la deuxième douche qui était en panne. Nous l’avons malheureusement appris le jour même de notre arrivée lors de la remise des clés. Le balcon donnait sur la rue très passante et la résidence n’était pas calme. La piscine était top malgré le fait qu’elle n’était pas proche. Le ménage a l’arrivée avait l’air bien mais après un peu de courant d’air nous avons découvert ce qui se cachait sous les lits et les meubles. La vaisselle était en bonne quantité mais nous avons dû nettoyer avant notre première utilisation. Le bruit des voisins (tapage jour et nuit) en dessous et au dessus nous a pour parti bien gâché notre séjour.

Good sized apartment

The property is beautifully clean and well looked after. The website photos are accurate. The air conditioning worked well although you don’t really need it as the building has a great breeze that flows through keeping you cool. Loved having breakfast on the little balcony each morning but difficult to sit family outside to eat so ate inside. Pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. However, you are not allowed balls, air beds etc in any of the pools, this made it a little boring for the children to play. Also the pool area is 2/3 minutes walk from apartment and you require cards to gain access. We had trouble swiping these as did many others but if you go via the front desk they let you in. Portimao has supermarkets, shopping centre within 5 mins drive of apartment. Visit Silves festival in August as we enjoyed the jousting etc Good WiFi!!!

The area is very quiet and a nice place to stay . Lovely apartment has everything you will need for

The only problem we had was that the aircon in the apartment did not blow cold . And we could not use the house safe but apart from that the apartment was great would stay again

Excellent Apartment

The apartment was exactly as advertised. There was everything you need and more for a relaxing stay. We were able to get access to the apartment well before the advert time and it was very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend not just the apartment, but also Oasis Parque. We had a very enjoyable time and are planning to go back next year.
