The Beach Front is a low density (36 units) condominium complex located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACHES OF WEST BEACH.
No balcony, No elevator,
but 2 chairs and small table outside front door that offer awesome views of beach. Restaurant/Lounge,Ice Cream Parlor just across the street.The only permanently covered Beachfront Gazebo, that a great place to start or end your day watching the sunrises and sunsets.
There is no pool at the Beach Front, but the Gulf of Mexico is JUST A FEW STEPS away with no street to cross or traffic worries...

Our weekend stay at the beach was perfect thanks to Cathy’s place. We have three small children, so the short walk to the beach was just what we needed. It was conveniently located to restaurants in gulf shores.

Beautiful property and view! Owners were very sweet and accommodating! My brother left his wallet and they made sure to let us know and offered to mail it back! We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early! Very nice people and kid friendly ! It was very convenient having beach toys for the kids and beach chairs so we didn’t have to rent them! We were very pleased and we will definitely be staying again! We had an amazing time ! We hope to be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent with easy beach access and close to restaurants and attractions. Everything we needed was provided, and communication with the host was easy from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Gulf Shores.

We loved the simple, easy walk to the beach! Down a set of stairs, across a small boardwalk and we were there! The hosts were kind and laidback about the whole process- we really appreciated that. The condo was perfect for us! We loved that the carport had some toys, beach chair, and umbrella that made our packing lighter and our beach time more enjoyable! We look forward to staying here in the future.

We went on family vacation with our two teenagers. This was the perfect size place for the four of us. Loved the views and that it was right on the beach. Cathy was an amazing host. Responded quickly to any inquiries and was accommodating. Will definitely be coming back soon.

We were so happy with our stay here. It was perfect size and very clean. Parking was easy and the location to the beach couldn’t have been better. I appreciated the chairs and umbrella they had for us to use. I also couldn’t get over how quiet and peaceful it was where we stayed. Cathy was very responsive when I had questions and made it easy to reach her if needed. I would definitely return for any future visits.

Just steps from the beach! Perfect for coming and going to the beach with little kids without having to cross the road. Convenient area to spray off before coming into the condo. Covered parking, good beach chairs and umbrella to use. It was nice to have a kitchen and we bought a small deal of laundry detergent to wash some laundry before we left. Beach toys for the kids to borrow! “Crabbing” at night was so fun with the kids!

Tom and Cathy have lived in the Gulf Shores community for 20+ years and raised their family and watched their children and grandchildren enjoy the beach for many years.
This is our first condo that we have owned and are excited about being able to share it with our Gulf Shores visitors.

Why they chose this property

We always loved Gulf Shores area and it's beautiful beaches. We decided over 20 years ago to call Gulf Shores our home.
We love the small town atmosphere and it's friendly southern hospitality.
Little Town-Big Beaches with a warm and friendly community that let you know that they are glad that you decided to choose Gulf Shores for your vacation get-away.

What makes this property unique

This condo is really just steps away from the beach and offers on of the only Beachfont Gazebos in Gulf Shores. Gulf and Beachviws from both bedrooms.

What's new in Beachfront #503 Since January 2015 ...New Ceiling Fans,De-popcorned ceiling, All rooms freshly painted,replaced flooring, new mattresses' and bed springs, bed spreads,pillows, bed dust ruffles,new paint,new T.V"s, Replaced Air Conditioning/Heating Unit,New Bathroom fixtures, Hot water heater element replacements,new kitchen table and chairs, new sleeper sofa, new recliner chair, new coffee table, new area rug, New Oven/Range, New Microwave. We did all this, and more, to ensure that you have problem free memorable stay and will return often!
