Wonderful chalet and great skiing

The chalet is great for a large family group with the large living/dining area. It was spotless and very comforatable. The hot tub was great. The negative points are that there are only 2 toilets and no wash basin in the toilets. Only one toilet in the lower floor where there are 4 double bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped but we were misled that there was a beans to cup coffee machine! There is a filter machine. We had water driping from the wall in a couple of places but maitenance was quick to respond. We had someone sleeping in the TV room and were aware that there were no curtains or blinds but not that there was no door! The ski locker near the lift was great but it would have helped to have more keys for it or a keycode lock so more of us could make use of it.

Poor management company and owner

The chalet is nice, and in a good location, but had problems that weren’t dealt with properly. The hot tub was not heating up and could not be used which was disappointing as this was a key reason we booked and all the kids were really looking forward to using it. Also we had water leaking through the ceiling. Both faults were reported but not resolved. The only communication we received was that a technician had been called, it was clear the management company didn’t care. The owner initially said he would consider compensation for the hot tub not working, he then said he wouldn’t as when we booked the hot tub was not installed or advertised. I sent him an email from 2 days before the booking, between the 2 of us which clearly proved this was incorrect. After that point he never replied to emails despite being asked to do so, which left a bad taste and was a real shame!

Il est vrai que nous avons eu une infiltration qui a fait tomber quelques goutes du plafond du sous sol. Ce petit problème n'a pu être résolu qu'après le départ du locataire car il nécessitait d'ouvrir le plafond pour accéder à la canalisation ! Nous avons essayé de nous en occuper avant, des techniciens sont passés plusieurs fois pendant la semaine. Concernant le jacuzzi, il met toujours un peu de temps (2 ou 3 jours) a bien chauffer car nous changeons l'eau entre chaque location, mais il est utilisable ! Il faut savoir que ce jacuzzi vient d'être installé en bonus, il n'existait pas quand les locataires de cette saison 2025 ont fait leurs réservations l'année dernière, et n'ont donc pas payé pour cela...

Idéalement situé, a proximité immédiate du centre de de Vallandry, de l'école de ski et des commerces, le chalet est parfaitement équipé pour une dizaine de personnes.

Grand chalet non loin des pistes

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet. Il est grand et très bien agencé, nous avons pu y être à 8 adultes et 3 bébés sans soucis (il y a une très grande pièce de vie, une grande table avec un nombre de chaises suffisants, assez rare pour être souligné). La pièce de vie est grande, les chambres nombreuses et bien agencées! Nous avons été très bien informées en amont du séjour et bien accueillis (quelques cadeaux de bienvenus très appréciés!). Nous avions contact avec la régente pour toutes questions. Le chalet est bien situé bien qu'une grande volée de marches soit nécessaire pour y accéder... compliqué avec les poussettes et un peu fatigant pour arriver aux pieds des pistes avec les skis. Concernant les quelques points à savoir : la télé n'est présente que dans une chambre et non dans le salon, il n'y a pratiquement aucun rangement vide en cuisine, compliqué pour ranger les courses. La caution est salée et encaissée en totalité avant le séjour puis remboursée 15j après la fin (un chèque de caution aurait été bien plus apprécié et moins compliqué pour nous logeurs). Mis à part ces petites choses, nous avons vraiment passé un bon séjour dans ce chalet et y retourneront avec plaisir!

Mooi chalet op een bijzonder leuke lokatie

We hebben een hele mooie vakantie gehad in dit chalet. Het chalet is van alle gemakken voorzien zoals ook een wasmachine en droger wat toch veel makkelijker is dan de wasserette. Het weer is ook heel goed geweest, zeker op deze hoogte (1600 mtr.) wanneer het beneden erg warm was konden we hier doordat het een aantal graden koeler was toch wat comfortabeler verblijven. In de buurt was genoeg te doen zoals wandelen of met de kabelbaan omhoog en zoveel dingen meet. Al met al is het een mooie vakantie geweest op een rustige locatie.
