About this property

Spacious, bright and pleasant apartment of 110 square meters on one level, completely renovated in 2016, with a parking space and a large private garage that can easily accommodate two cars, motorcycles, bicycles ...
Ideally located on the 1st floor of a village house, this apartment is on a quiet street 1 minute walk from the historic and commercial center of Ribeauvillé. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, the living room, all with an area of 50 square meters, facing south and with open views.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, one of 10m2 with a double bed of 140x190, the second of 14m2 with a double bed of 160x200, and the third of 15m2 with two single beds of 90x190, of a bathroom with 90x140 shower, separate WC as well as a laundry room equipped with an exercise bike and a stepper.
In order to find an impeccably clean house, I will charge you an additional € 60 corresponding to the "end of stay" cleaning fee, payable upon your arrival.
A deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure.
I can offer you the rental of bed linen and towels at the price of € 10 per person, payable on arrival. If you are interested in this option, could you let me know by email or by phone on 06 08 11 21 93.

Beautiful Ribeauvillé

Anne has a delightful well pointed property in a quiet part of Ribeauvillé .Anne is a very warm welcoming person who makes you feel quite at home. Excellent kitchen, bathroom and washing facilities., comfy lounge with high quality furnishings. The stairs to the property might be a little difficult for those with walking problems as they are very steep(it is an old building) and whereas the garage is perfect for one car, two were rather difficult to fit in. Overall a lovely place to stay and we would happily stay there again. Thank you Anne.

Schöne Tage in herrlicher Umgebung

Vom ersten Kontakt mit der äusserst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzerin bis zum Abschied war alles perfekt, Die Wohnung ist gross, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen und bietet alles, was man (auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt) benötigt. Zudem: Im Elsass gibt es immer wieder Neues zu entdecken, auch wenn man schon öfter da war. Ein herzliches MERCI an Frau Biehler!

Absolut empfehlenswert !!!

Die Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen ! Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen, grosszügig geschnitten und absolut sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist mehr als zufriedenstellend. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Un excellent séjour

L'appartement est très spacieux, très propre, très bien équipé. La ville de Ribeauvillé est très agréable et la route des vins recèle des merveilles en terme de villages, de visites intéressantes, de découvertes gastronomiques, de promenades et balades. Madame Biehler est attentive, toujours prête à renseigner et à faire partager l'amour de sa région. Un grand merci à elle pour son accueil.
