Enjoy peace and quiet both inside and out. The apartment is tucked away in a quiet area of Arco da Calheta giving you more freedom and privacy than any other. There is a patio off the bedroom that invites you to relax, spend time in the garden and enjoy uninterrupted views of the stunning sunrises and sunsets.

An apartment with pleasant outdoor space and excellent views

Well located in the south west of the island.An apartment with pleasant outdoor space and excellent views. Good sized rooms. All equipment necessary for self catering. There is an apartment above so there can be some noise from children running around but this didn’t bother us. Good sized parking areas at the top of a steep street. Difficult to find street at first as it looks like an entrance to another hous. We would happily book again.

Excellent starting point for exploring Madeira

Overall we had a very nice stay. It takes some driving skills to get up the steep road to the house. But the view is marvelous. And the house is very spacious, with nice big sliding doors. Also the garden is nice. Interiour is very complete, nice couch. Only minuses: the rather hard matras on the bed (too hard for us) and the moist that quickly builds up inside when you don't have the doors open during the day (the house is partly build inside the mountain). There is no mechanical ventilation. But otherwise we really had a great time there.

Absolut traumhaft. In der Wohnung findet sich alles was man braucht. Sie ist schön eingerichtet und der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am Strand.

Wundervoller Ausblick

Sehr ruhig und mit einem herrlichen Ausblick aufs Meer und das Dorf Arco ein kleiner Teil von Caletha und unterhalb vom nächsten Ortsteil Loreto Bin öfter hier, da meine Tochter hier wohnt arbeitet, diese Wohnung war die ruhigste, das einzige, um 19.30 Uhr geht die Sprengleranlage an!! Voll Dusche wenn man grade Heikommt😅läuft jeden Tag, sollte man aber vielleicht drauf hingewiesen werden.!? Türe geht schwer auf?! Garten einfach schön da zu sitzen und zu schauen. Komme bestimmt noch öfter., sollte Sie noch nach dieser Beurteilung frei sein😂

Bien pour une nuit

Les consignes d'arrivée étaient claires. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif avec un très beau panorama . Malheureusement, la porte d'entrée est difficilement manœuvrable car très lourde. Nous avons été également incommodé durant notre séjour un étendoir plein de linges pas propre qui séchait dans le salon. Nous aurions apprécié qu'il y ait quelques provisions comme de l'huile, vinaigre, café...

Schicke Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders genossen haben wir den großen gepflegten Garten mit dem tollen Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, das Bett ist allerdings recht schmal.

Schöne Wohnung hoch über Calheta

Wir waren von der Wohnung begeistert und haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen dort verbracht. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die kleine Snack Bar "Recanto" mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten und sehr netten Besitzern direkt um die Ecke.

Beautiful view, nice appartment, very friendly host.

Arco da Calheta is easy to reach, the express route connection is very convenient. Remember, once off the express routes Madeira has steep roads, it takes some getting used to. Arco itself is quiet, not the main touristy area so great to relax and enjoy the view.

Superbe séjour Avril 2018 dans appartement au rez-chaussée

Avons été très satisfaits des prestations offertes. Effectivement la ruelle qui monte à la maison est très en pente comme énormément de routes de Madère et notamment la rue principale d'Arco qui est à 32%. Par contre, lorsqu'on est sur la terrasse ou dans le canapé, on domine le village avec une large vue sur l'océan. Dépaysement et repos garantis.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet & tolle Aussicht

Das Haus ist recht neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist gross, man hat ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, es macht Spaß darin zu kochen. Das Highlight ist aber der große Garten und die tolle Aussicht auf die Umgebung und das Meer. Am Tag kann man auf den Liegen aufs Meer schauen und abends toll vor der Wohnung im Garten sitzen. Einmal haben wir auch den Grill genutzt. Zu beachten ist, dass die Straße zur Wohnung hin sehr steil ist! Man muss gut gas geben, gerade mit einem PS schwachem Mietwagen. Schatten spendete zwar der Baum, seitlich zur Wohnung, wir hätten uns aber noch einen Sonnenschutz gewünscht. Kleines Manko war der zu billige Gartentisch. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung wirklich weiter empfehlen, es war ein toller Urlaub!
