Villa Giada Fano: 5 Star Resort In a Large Villa

Villa Giada Fano is a detached villa + annex offering over 400 sq mt of living accommodation, with a magnificent 15x7 mt. new,chlorine-free swimming pool which is the focal point of the manicured gardens, located in the historical medieval city of Fano.

The main Villa and the annex have been recently refurbished to a very high standard, with full air-conditioning in all rooms.
The main villa accommodations feature 5 large double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (1 ensuite), divided between the first and ground floor.

On the ground floor, there is a state of the art (all integrated Siemens appliances + American style Samsung fridge/freezer) kitchen, connected to a large grown-ups lounge and an up to 18 people dining area. On the same floor there is a separate kids lounge. Both lounges have flat-screen Samsung Smart TVs and wide comfy sofas.

In the lower ground, there is a very large play room, as well as a separate music/game room (with a Yamaha piano), plus a utility room (extra fridge/freezer, two washing machines and a dryer).

The annex accommodations feature 4 large double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite), divided between the first and ground floor. A small fully equipped kitchen is present on the ground floor.

The outdoor space include a 60 sq mt covered living area, equipped with 12+9 people dining tables, armchairs + sofas as well as remote controlled fans and outdoor sound system. There is also a secluded kids play area, with ping pong, trampoline, football table, etc.

The large chlorine-free swimming pool (with stylish led lighting and hydro-jets) is the main feature of the villa. There is a heated outdoor shower, together with beach towels. Sunbeds, parasols and sofas are located next to the pool.

Broadband fast-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa, annex and outdoor area.
Villa Giada Fano is fully fenced, covered by 8 wired security cameras + 3 separate alarms, with a videophone and fully automated entry system. An electric car charging station is positioned in the parking area of the gardens.

Please note that after more than 14 guests we charge €40 per person, per night.

Quiet times are 2 PM to 4 PM and between 10 PM-8 AM

Full bed linens, beach towels, barbecue grill, etc are provided.

A Chef can be available for a typical Italian Dinner or Grigliata, on request.

Die Villa und die Anlage mit dem Pool sind sehr schön, grosszügig und sehr sauber. Die Austattung der Küche und der gnzen Anlage ist toll und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben die Ferien sehr gnossen in der Villa. Die Lage ist nahe zur Altstadt und zum Strand sind es ca. 25 min Gehzeit. Leider hatten wir zwei Baustellen direkt neben dem Haus und somit tagsüber teilweise straken Lärm. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, trotzdem wäre eine kurze Info vorab nett gewesen. Die Nachbarschaft ist eher schwierig und sehr lärmempfindlich. Ruhezeit auch am Pool zwischen 13:00 und 16:00.

Das Haus erfüllte alle Wünsche & Bedürfnisse. Mit Kinder ist es geradezu ideal! Das Trampolin, der Tischfussball, der Pingpongtisch, das Pool inklusiv all den Schwimmutensilien & das Homekino; es war perfekt. Der Garten ist gross & es hat zu genüge Liegestühle & eine grosszügige Lounge. Wir schätzten auch den zusätzlichen Putzgang des Reinigungspersonals während unseres Aufenthalts & das generöse Empfangsapero bei unserer Ankunft! Fano ist wunderhübsch & zu Fuss erreichbar, auch das Meer & der Strand. Wir würden wieder kommen! Danke!

Une Villa Top niveau !!!

Les installations sont excellentes, confort absolu, nous étions 18 et cela ne se voyait même pas tant la villa et les installations sont spacieuses et bien pensées, piscine XL, et jeux pour enfants et ados à l'écart de la zone apéro pour le confort de tous. La villa est aussi à 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale du shopping de Fano, appréciable pour tout le monde... seul bémol, les voisins n'ont pas trop aimé notre musique en début de soirée... Il faut juste faire attention au bruit mais on ne choisit pas ses voisins!!!

Die Villa bietet alles - vor allem auch für Kinder - , was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist sehr gut - nahe zur Innenstadt (5 Minuten) und zum Strand ( 20 Minuten zu Fuß) Antonia und ihre Tochter haben uns ein köstliches traditionelles Abendessen bereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Tolle Villa mit Allem was das Herz begehrt

Die Villa ist wirklich toll und mit allem notwendigen und auch mehr, auf einem sehr hohen Niveau ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr zentrumsnah aber dennoch ist die Gegend so ruhig, dass man sich wirklich gut am wunderschönen Pool erholen kann. Es ist aber alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir wurden nach der langen Autofahrt mit gekühlten Getränken, sowie ein paar Snacks begrüßt, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, da merkt man aber, dass die Gastgeberin wirklich an alles gedacht hat. Das spiegelt sich auch im Haus wieder. Ich kann euch dieses Objekt zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!

Sehr schöne Villa, riesiges Schwimmbad, großer Garten in guter Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Wir (13 Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, Valentina war immer erreichbar und hat kleine Probleme schnell gelöst. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist die die Küchenausstattung: Es gibt zwar genug Geschirr etc., aber zB keine funktionierende Küchenwaage, keinen Handmixer usw. Wenn man - wie wir - gerne kocht, ist das für ein Haus dieser Größe zu wenig.

Ein Ferienhaus das kein Wünsche offen lässt

Die sehr gepflegte Villa ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet für Familien mit Kindern alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren 13 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder und hatten reichlich Platz innen wie außen. Die Kinder konnten sich beim Tischtennis, auf dem Trampolin und beim Kickern austoben. Nicht zu vergessen: Im Garten erwartet die Gäste ein riesiger Pool mit Whirlpool-Funktion in dem alle viel Spaß haben können. Liegen zum Ausruhen sind ebenfalls in ausreichernder Anzahl vorhanden. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet, Bäder sind reichlich vorhanden und auch die Küche ist mit vielen kleinen Helferchen bestückt. Die Villa liegt 5 Geh-Minuten von der Altstadt von Fano entfernt und ist damit ideal gelegen für eine kurze Shopping-Tour oder für einen Spaziergang zur Eisdiele. Dennoch bietet das Grundstück zahlreiche Parkplätze, so dass man sich hier auch keine Sorgen machen muss. Und zu guter Letzt ist auch die Betreuung durch Mary und Valentina vor Ort zu erwähnen. Sie kümmern sich rührend um ihre Gäste und machen den Urlaub zu einem wunderschönen Erlebnis. Es ist mir eine Freude dieses Haus weiterzuempfehlen, immer wieder gerne!
