ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES – Il Fiore e la Farfalla is a large farmhouse in Le Marche, situated in the hills of Pesaro at a short distance from the sea. The location is located in a strategic position to easily reach the coast and cities such as Pesaro, Fano, Senigallia, Rimini and Riccione. The completely fenced property is perfect to welcome big groups and it is surrounded by a lovely garden full of olive trees. Guests have access to a swimmingpool, a private and fenced pond, a soccer field in natural grass and outdoor spaces to eat all together.
The accommodation borders on a property, although it guarantees privacy, exclusive entrance and spaces for relaxation.

The farmhouse is set on two levels: the ground floor consists of a large living room with two dining areas, a kitchen, a toilet with laundry area and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people. On the first floor there are six double bedrooms each of them with private bathroom with shower, except for one bedroom that has a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay in Pesaro. The house was wonderful and so full of space. As great as it looks in the pictures! The DH Villas's team were very responsive and very helpful when required (to organise taxis etc.) Highly recommended!

Wonderfull Holiday

We had a fantastic holiday in the villa. The owner is very kind and helpfull, you can always contact her if you have any questions. The villa is big and the rooms are pleasant. The pool is a good size for a large group. The view is amazing! We will certainly come back in the future. Maybe one minus, the rooms are not provided with AC, so it's a little bit hot to sleep.

Spacious and beautiful country home

We had really nice time in Il fiore e la farfalla with our extended family of 12. We were greeted with some welcome snacks upon arrival by owner and her friend. The house was well cleaned. Large house and large area gave us space to either gather all together or have some privet time on our own. There were plenty of room to cook in the large and quite well equipped kitchen (for b&b). Bedrooms were large with double beds and private bathrooms. Some rooms had convertible sofa as well. Downstair bedroom and bathroom was bit smaller. The pool area was nice. There were grass area next to it, great for yoga or other activities. Car is essential living there. There are nice places to visit around: Urbino town, castles, winery, trekking paths, beaches.. We enjoyed our time in Il fiore e la farfalla and warmly recommend it for larger groups, with or without kids. Pros/cons + large rooms with private bathrooms + Large and very beautiful garden with lovely view + Large kitchen and dining room + Nice pool area with sunbeds + Very friendly and helpful owner + Well cleaned - quite uncomftable beds with spring mattresses and no mattress pads. - only one smallish oven - no working AC

Una bellissima casa

Una bellissima casa, con spazi interni ed esterni veramente generosi, molto versatile, anche in caso di maltempo. La posizione é abbastanza isolata, per garantire tranquillità, ma allo stesso tempo in 10 minuti di macchina si può facilmente raggiungere Pesaro e un supermercato. Nei dintorni non ci sono zone per camminate (tutte strade carrabili relativamente strette), ma con brevi tragitti in macchina si possono raggiungere dei bellissimi borghi. La posizione strategica della casa consente di visitare tutta la regione delle Marche con facilità. Accoglienza della proprietaria calorosa e ricca di informazioni. É sempre stata disponibile e reattiva anche in caso di piccoli inconvenienti. Piscina, laghetto e verde sono ben curati. La vista al tramonto é stupenda. Le camere sono ampie e dotate di bagno Indipendente. Cucina spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Andrea di DH per il supporto costante durante il viaggio. Indubbiamente consigliato!

Wunderschönes Ambiente und wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Haus mit dem umgebenden Gelände ist sehr großzügig und harmonisch gelegen. Jedes Zimmer bietet viele Platz und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Gelände ist umzäunt, so dass auch Hunde willkommen sind. Alles ist super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Dieses Objekt kann nur wärmstens empfohlen werden. Die Gastgeber machen sich große Mühe, um den Gästen einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Pool, Bolzplatz und Rasenflächen sind gepflegt und sauber. Die Anlage liegt auf einem Hügel von wo aus man den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Es gibt alten Baumbestand und viele Olivenbäume auf dem Anwesen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr empfehlenswert!
