Our villa, classified 4 * as furnished for tourism, will first seduce you with its ideal location in the heart of the pine forest:
 1 km from the typical village of LEON (where you can go to the market every day to get your supplies)
 2 km from the lake and many nautical activities
 6 km from the seaside resort of MOLIETS, its unspoiled beach and an international 27-hole golf course.
The immediate surroundings offer you the possibility of horse riding and outdoor activities (tree climbing, quad biking, river descent ...)
All this accessible by the Vélodyssée cycle track 400 m from our home and which serves the whole region and the seaside resorts. (Bike rental in the village)

A super market, a good fishmonger, an excellent bakery, a pharmacy, bicycle rental, surfing ... nothing is missing.
Several restaurants offer Landes specialties at very fair prices. Near us, an isolated inn in the forest cooks the products of its farm.
In Moliets beach, 6 kms away, you will find many restaurants offering all types of cuisine and lively evenings outdoors if you want to break the silence of our pine forest!
For nature lovers or sports enthusiasts, this region is full of activities for all ages and all levels.
Important: the land is not fenced (like most in the hamlet) and the swimming pool does not have a protective barrier (but an alarm) this accommodation is not recommended for children between 1 and 7 years old (especially non-swimmers ) unless there is constant surveillance outside and inside.
The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets.
It is necessary to respect the surrounding calm, not to organize noisy evenings and not to exceed 8 people in the nights.
