Bon accueil, Location au top, maison conforme aux photos et propre. Piscine chauffée et orientée plein soleil optimale. Climatisation réversible impec. Coin très calme Prix correct. Vacances en famille

La propriété est très bien située ( piste cyclable, mer / lac, commodités ...) et la piscine est vraiment bien. Dommage qu’à notre arrivée la maison était sale et qu’il a fallu la nettoyer et l’aseptiser.

Il est sûr que ce samedi là, il nous aurait fallu un peu plus de temps. Pour un oubli, dire que la maison est sale c'est dur. En tout cas nous ferons plus attention à l'avenir.

Schönes Haus mit Pool, gut gelegen!

Die Kommunikation fand leider ausschließlich auf französisch statt, obwohl in der Beschreibung englisch angekündigt war. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, gut zu erreichen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, es könnte insgesamt etwas sauberer sein. Die Klimaanlage war uns sehr hilfreich. Der Vermieter/Verwalter war später aber sehr bemüht unsere vergessenen Sache hinterherzuschicken.

The perfect holiday property

This was our second visit to this property and we again really enjoyed our stay. The property is very well equipped and has everything you’ll need for your holiday. Whether you want a quiet break, or lots of activities, you are very well located in the Landes region, In particular, their are great cycling facilities for all the family with miles of paved cycle routes away from the main roads. We brought our own bikes, but there are loads of rental options, and even some bikes in the house. We will definitely be back again.

Wunderbare Woche, sehr entspannt, kommen gern wieder

Wir hatten eine wunderbare und entspannte Woche zu zweit mit zwei Hunden. Das Haus ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt in einem Neubaugebiet recht zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Der Pool ist sehr sauber mit zwei Terrassen und schön angelegtem Garten. Zu erwähnen ist noch der neue Fahrradweg nach Léon und Messanges ganz in der Nähe. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und reagiert sofort auf SMS. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch :)

Vacances réussies malgré météo mitigée

La villa est très bien conçue, moderne et heureusement que la piscine était chauffée ! Encore un grand merci à Mr et Mme Fouert pour leur sérieux et leur amabilité Nous avons adoré aussi la proximité du snack de la plage à Messanges (belle vue, trés bon, et serveurs géniaux). Ne pourrons que vanter cette location autour de nous !

la location était conforme au descriptif de l'annonce . Maison agréable, propre, bien équipée avec de beaux volumes. Idéale pour 2 couples avec 4 enfants. Beau jardin entretenu avec piscine chauffée. La forêt est à 2 pas, la mer est accessible en vélo ou voiture (nombreux parking gratuit), les petits commerces de proximité sont à 5 mn. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et réactifs à toutes demandes. Nous reviendrons certainement...
