Enjoy our nice house : calm, confortable and well-equiped. Small terrasse, near center of town.
There is a confortable double bed and a futon that can be installed as an additional bed for 2 more people. The bathroom is big with shower, toilet and cupboard. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a stove and an american-style fridge/freezer.
You can have a swim in the swimming pool in summer!
This house is at the bottom of our garden where you might run into our cat. Alergics beware...

Nous avons passé un super moment sur Toulouse, Bastien et sa famille nous ont réservé un super accueil dans leur logement qui se situe sur son terrain qui ne manque pas d’authenticité. Affable et accueillant ce qui rend l’expérience encore meilleure. Le logement est également très bien placé pour son accessibilité (proche autoroute, 15 min du centre en vélo) . La maisonette correspond à la description et aux photos. Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé, je confirme que la chatte passe régulièrement en visite pour le plus grand plaisir de notre fils . Le logement est très bien équipé...il y a tout et lorsqu'il vous manque quelque chose Bastien remédie rapidement au problème. La piscine est super et accessible à tout moment. L'emplacement géographique est idéal. On est dans Toulouse mais en bordure. Pour les joggers c'est idéal. Vous avez des parcours de 10km dans la ville en accès rapide. Quant aux hôtes...nous avons été ravis de sejourner chez eux. C est ambiance famille, 3 générations rassemblées...des gens charmants et tres gentils qui ont le sens de l'accueil. Nous avons été ravis de trouver la petite pépite de Toulouse...

What makes this property unique

The house is situated 2 minutes from the ring road, with a parking space right outside. Metro line B is 10 minutes away on foot (St Agne) and leads to the center in 10 minutes. There is a VélôToulouse station down the street, you can reach the center in 15 minutes on bike!
The area is quiet and is situated at the gates of the city center and universities, and 10 minutes walk away from the largest green space in Pech David overlooking the city. Small shops 10 minutes on foot.
The house is at the bottom of our garden, you will be living 20 meters from our house. You can enjoy an intimate terrace of 30m² facing south, and during summer, our pool!
When we are in, we can easily answer your questions, we have been living in Toulouse for 10 years, and we will be able to advise you.
