It is a completely refurbished 1930s building, yet retaining the architectural features of the era. With a small, typical Madeiran garden and a sober and pleasant decoration, it has all the facilities to enjoy a quiet and relaxed time in the historical part of the city.
With a shopping center nearby and at a 10-minute walk from the Sé Cathedral, museums and the harbor, it is in a great location for getting to know the whole city on foot.
There is close access to the motorway and the apartment has private parking making it easy to discover the beautiful Madeira Island mountains.
