Modern and sophisticated apartment with inspiring artistic decoration throughout. The property features a suite with a double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, and direct access to a cosy private garden. The living and dining area, with garden views and access, includes cable TV and a comfortable sofa. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen also connects to the outside. There is a guest WC available. The private garden, with dining table and sun lounger, is a highlight of the apartment. Maximum capacity: 2 people.

AREA Located in one of Funchal’s most prestigious areas, close to the seafront promenade, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, and Forum Madeira Shopping Center with international stores and cinemas. Several bars and restaurants are nearby, and Funchal city centre is just 5 minutes by car, offering more dining and tourist attractions.
GETTING AROUND Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If renting a car, navigation apps easily find the address.
ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. Guests also have access to an app with important property and local information.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS - All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law. - Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours). - Bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. - First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on site.
ATTENTION A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. A payment link will be provided upon arrival.

Lovely apartment in a great location
Stayed for 2 weeks in this lovely property. It had everything that was needed for our stay and was clean and tidy with the wifi working well. Great location and easy access to lots of restaurants etc

We loved our 2 weeks spent at this property. Plenty of space with everything we needed for our stay - good kitchen facilities, Wifi was great, laundry facilities and easy parking in the building. The team checking us in friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again if given the opportunity.

Kitchen was fully equipped and large.Garden was nice to sit out but some traffic noise. Good restaurants nearby . If elderly there are some hills locally but just take your time. Very comfortable

Excellent Apartment
Brilliant location, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Apartment is large and has a very modern kitchen with every appliance. Lovely garden and peaceful surrounding area.

A great place to stay
We stayed un Casa Branca for two weeks and it has much nicer than a hotel. You got a lot more space, a full kitchen and a small backyard. The place had also a nice garage which made it very convenient as parking in Funchal is hard.
I which the place had a BBQ which would have made it even better.

Tolle Wohnung, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war wirklich fabelhaft. Eine so gut ausgestattete Wohnung hatten wir noch nie. Einzige Anregung: es fehlen Schüsseln für Salat usw und mehr Küchenhandtücher zum abtrocknen.
Da wir viel selbst gekocht haben, ist uns das aufgefallen.
Das Bett könnte für zwei Leute etwas größer ausfallen und ist sehr hart. Aber das ist, wie vieles, Ansichtssache.
Die Straße vor dem Haus ist gut befahren, dafür ist die Lage für abendliche Spaziergänge optimal.
Außerdem ist der vorhandene Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, gerade auf Madeira, ein großer Pluspunkt. Sie ist außerdem sehr geräumig.

Apartmán je spíše na efekt než praktický, malá postel, malý gauč, spousta obrazů a nevyužitelného nábytku, co je fajn je terasa a malá zahrádka. Čekání přes hodinu na paní, která přijela udělat check-in bylo po celém dnu velmi nepříjemné.
