It has a gated garden full of roses, a terrace with an outdoor kitchen for your outdoor meals.. There are patios, a barbecue, tables and chairs in the garden to relax. it is close to a tennis court. Twenty-five sleeps that can be rented in exclusivity or separately by choosing just some rooms/flats.

Nice villa, but with some recommendations

The vila is very nice, with good views and near cute towns and villages. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. A lot of dog hairs, and equipment to clean was missing. Even a drying rack for laundry was missing. The glasses and cutlery was not that much. We had to gather all the equipment from the apartments to cook and eat properly. Overall very nice, but we had a lot of contact with the owner to get the stuff we wanted.

Not as luxurious as described in the add, room for improvement

First a big thanks to Martina and Christina, who was very kind and informative both prior to arrival and during the stay. The house is seen from the outside very well looking, with a lovely garden and pool area – just as shown on the pictures, but once entering the house there is room for improvement. Wholes in walls, panels falling off, a large and quite lacking variations of plates, glasses, kitchen equipment in general – we had the whole house, but had to run from ground floor kitchen to first floor kitchen to find the things we needed. Knifes and chopping boards needs to be bought – we found 1-2 pcs for cooking to 12 people. After the first night we found out the refrigerator in main kitchen was not working, but only after almost two days replacement came, but it was old and very dirty. Tables and chairs on the first floor terrace have also seen better days and we where indeed missing a drying rack for wet towels and clothes. The lack of air condition is also a BIG disadvantage. At request we got fans provided, but old versions making a lot of noise during the night. Last of least we would not recommend the house if you are to enjoy a quite holiday. The neighbors two dogs woke us up every morning from around 05.30 o´clock barking as crazy every time someone/something passed and Friday and Saturday the people in the surrounding properties starting a quite large and noisy lawnmower also at 06.00 o´clock! So for us to come back, there are some things that need to be improved

Tout d'abord je tiens à remercier Mariarita, qui a été très gentille avec nous, A notre arrivée, le ménage n'était pas fait, nous avons également avisé que les lave-vaisselles ne fonctionnaient pas, nous avons dû le faire à la main !!! La piscine avait u n souci, et le mari de la propriétaire est venu s'en occuper à sa convenance, sans nous aviser de sa venue !!! La maison n'est pas climatisée, et l'absence de ventilateurs a été difficile. Ces problèmes ont été rapportés à Mariarita, qui en a informé la propriétaire, qui n'a même pas pris la peine de nous appeler pour s'en excuser !! Les voisins n'étaient pas très charmants et leurs chiens ont aboyés du matin au soir. C'est domage car la maison était grande. Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet endroit. First of all I would like to thank Mariarita, who was very kind to us, On our arrival, the cleaning was not done, we also advised that the dishwashers were not working, we had to do it at home. hand !!! The swimming pool had a problem, and the owner's husband came to take care of it at his convenience, without notifying us of his arrival !!! The house is not air conditioned, and the lack of fans has been hard. These issues were reported to Mariarita, who informed the owner, who didn't even bother to call us to apologize !! The neighbors were not very charming and their dogs barked from morning to night. It's a shame because the house was large. We will not be going back to this place. Innanzitutto vorrei ringraziare Mariarita, che è stata molto gentile con noi. Al nostro arrivo non sono state fatte le pulizie, abbiamo anche avvisato che le lavastoviglie non funzionavano, dovevamo farlo a mano!!! La piscina aveva un problema, e il marito della proprietaria è venuto a prendersene cura a suo piacimento, senza avvisarci del suo arrivo!!! La casa non è dotata di aria condizionata e la mancanza di ventilatori è stata difficile. Questi problemi sono stati segnalati a Mariarita, che ha informato la proprietaria, che non si è nemmeno preso la pena di chiamarci per scusarsi!! I vicini non erano molto simpatici e i loro cani abbaiavano dalla mattina alla sera. Peccato perché la casa era grande. Non torneremo in questo posto.

Pleasant days in Canelli

We were 20 persons altogether and in general we were very satisfied with the house and the surroundings. It was though a setback that we were 5 couples with children but there were only 4 proper double beds. Also it is a disadvantage that there is no air-condition in the house not even fans. A luxury villa should be equipped with air-condition. The two upper floors were very clean but the first floor was not as well cleaned with an unpleasant smell. The wine-tasting was a very nice experience, but the grand dinner was a bit disappointing.

Excellent Villa, Great location, Great hosts

We stayed at La Martina one week. Two families, 9 people. The Villa is modernly renovated while keeping its authentic appeal. Perfect for 2-3 families. Rooms and bathrooms all renovated. The outdoor kitchen was amazing and we spent there all evenings. Cristina was helpful in everything including the dinner she arranged for us and for our guests. Not to mention the great tomatoes her father gave us from their organic garden. It is the perfect place for anyone visiting Piedmont.
