Our spacious, updated townhome is located just 2 miles from downtown Steamboat Springs and includes exclusive use of a new 4WD Chevy Suburban during your stay.
Southwest Airlines now offers flights into Hayden Airport in Steamboat Springs, making it easier than ever to visit our mountain retreat. Be sure to check our calendar for rates and availability, and don't miss this opportunity to enjoy a summer adventure in style.

Our 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Villa sleeps up to 10 people and provides a well-appointed, luxurious home base for your friends and family. Relax in the hot tub and sauna or play a game of tennis or pickleball on our private court. Inside, you'll find a chef's kitchen and living room with a flat-screen TV, complimentary cable, and Wi-Fi.

Please note that our property has a washer and dryer for your convenience. House rules and policies include no pets, no smoking, and a 10-person maximum (including children and infants).

Check-in is 4:00 pm or later, and check-out is 10:00 am or before. All rents paid are non-refundable whether or not the Villa is occupied. We require a 7-night minimum and a Saturday check-in/out for holiday and high season weeks.

To obtain use of the Suburban, please submit a copy of a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance 30 days before the start of your rental. In addition to the Suburban, only 3 additional vehicles may be parked at the Villa for a total of 4 vehicles.

Amazing place to stay for a big family

We had a great time staying here. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was great having space to play in the snow outside. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The view of the mountain was awesome as well. We would stay here again!

Terrific family vacation

Beautiful home with spectacular views of the ski hill and valley. Our family enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, hot tub and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Having use of the vehicle made it easy to visit the Steamboat area with the whole group.

Christmas in Steamboat

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and we had a lovely time. The home is very convenient to the slopes and it is a great place to stay with family or friends. Wonderful and well-stocked home for those who like to cook. Was the perfect place for our group of 10, which included 4 couples and 2 children. 4 king beds with en suite bathrooms made everyone feel like they were in the primary bedroom. Our stay was a real enjoyment at this beautiful property with great views. There have been several updates in the house that made the stay very convenient. We had a couple of issues but the property manager and the owner jumped right in and got it handled to the best of their ability. I would highly recommend others come enjoy the property.

Family Ski Trip Week New Years Eve

The property exceed all our expectations. The place was beautiful, clean and accommodated all 10 of us exceptionally well. We used all the amenities including the fireplace, hot tub, sauna and the Suburban. The townhome is close to the base, but having access to the Suburban was awesome. We would stay here again for sure

Wonderful Steamboat home

Tom and his wife have made this a home away from home. The home is so clean and comfortable, incredibly well stocked with extra towels, blankets, kitchen tools, etc. The sauna and hot tub were perfect after a long day of skiing. The fireplace was great and included ready to burn firewood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to come back!

Spring Skiing

My family of 5 plus grandma stayed here for Spring Break. The place is conveniently located for skiing, and having access to a car was a great bonus. The property manager and owner were in contact before we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place. We had plenty of room. It is very comfortable and has great views of the valley.

Perfect for family reunion

The layout of this house is prefect for a family reunion. There were 9 of us. All the adults had their own bedroom with a bath and the 2 kids each had a full sized bed in another room. There were some maintenance issues but those were addressed as soon as the owners were made aware of them.

Great house in great location

House is great, only a very short drive away from the free parking. The included Suburban was also a really great amenity - as we only needed one rental car for the group. Everything is in great shape, rooms, hot tub, sauna, kitchen. Well equipped as well. I would try to book it again if we come back with the group. The communication with owner and property manager was great as well! Thank you for making our vacation awesome!

Great Stay, Great Communication

Owners are very responsive, and the accommodations are great. Convenient to both the resort, downtown, and the big box stores in-between. It's so nice having everything within basically 5 minutes of your door. This was our first visit to Steamboat Springs and we will be back, hopefully at the same property! About the only thing the owners could do better is to install oxygen at the top of the stairs for those of us coming from sea level! Phew!

Why they chose this property

I spent my honeymoon in Steamboat Springs; We fell in love with the area and decided to purchase property in Colorado. We purchased the land in 1979 and completed the building of the Villa in 1985. We spend at least 5 weeks per year vacationing in Steamboat Springs and enjoy sharing the Villa with our guests.

What makes this property unique

In addition to the beautiful Mountain and valley Views, the House is fully appointed as a Private home. The sauna and the hot tub are both located on the first floor. Due to the unique Style of the home, a starry night is always viewable from the Hot Tub area. Each private room has it's own Balcony and a view of the Mountain Ski runs and Yampa Valley. Summers are mild in the area and there is no need for air conditioning. The private Tennis court is available during the summer but you will have to bring your own rackets and tennis balls. The home is less than 5 minutes from a local shopping center, less than 5 minutes to the Gondala and 10 minutes from the Downtown area. Fish Creek Falls is one of the most spectacular views in Steamboat Springs during the spring/summer along with the local botanical gardens.
