Located close to Vale de Carvalho and a luxury condominium, this villa is integrated into an ornamental garden. Privacy is total. The entrance gate is automatic and there is a video intercom. Upon arrival, besides the keys will be sent 2 commands (the all returned to the exit).

The environment is very quiet, but benefits from beaches, restaurants, relatively nearby shops.

Outside the villa and integrated into the garden, there are 2 swimming pools that can be heated (see price list), a tennis court, a dining room with barbecue, sun loungers, a lounge on the terrace and shade, and also a bench and table in mosaics very appreciated by children. There is also a shower and toilet in the continuity of the barbecue.

The interior of the villa comprises, after the entrance hall of a dining room that communicates with the open kitchen, and the living room with fireplace and bar.

There are 2 suites, one on the 1st floor with double bed, terrace with sea view and the other with access through the garden, with 2 beds that can be put together. Each suite has a bathroom and toilet.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom and toilet. The entrance is made by the room or by the garden.

In the corridor, to the right of the entrance hall, there is 1 WC common to the 2 bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower; the second is a children's bedroom with 2 × 2 beds and a shower-only bathroom. The two have direct access to the garden.

The laundry room is located outside behind the kitchen and has washing and drying machines.

House linens and beach towels are provided.

Telma deals with the house from Monday to Friday for 3 hours a day. Change the towels twice a week and the sheets every week.

At last the automobile is indispensable.

The closest restaurants are located in Rocha brava (600 m), centianes (1.2 km), Praia do carvoeiro (3km), Benagil (2km) and much more.

The nearest supermarket is 3 km (Intermarché) but in Lagoa there are: Apolonia, Aldi, Lidl, Jumbo ... etc (the shopping centers are at a distance of less than 20 km. The first in Portimão (Aqua) and the second (Algarve shopping) in Guia)

The depth of the pool is properly marked, and we decline our responsibility in case of improper use of the diving board or by people who can not swim.

Although there have never been any problems, we have also declined our responsibility for any theft. The house should be closed when they are absent.

The guarantee guarantees the objects degraded or broken during your stay. Telma checks with you or after your departure and the deposit will be automatically refunded by the Home away website within 7 days.

This villa has a capacity for 10 people, for reasons of comfort and maintenance. However we have 2 baby cribs if required. We will have to charge a supplement if they exceed 10 to 12 people. (35 € per day / person)

Your arrival will find in the kitchen and in the fridge some drinks and what is necessary for breakfast.
